If I could give it 0 stars I would. I never write reviews but people need to be warned. Absolutely disgusting, DO NOT STAY HERE. I know its cheap and cheerful for London but I wouldn't even let my animals stay in this hotel. In the times of covid as well..they cant even be bothered to run the hoover on their own stair case and halls. And they will NOT refund you either. Stains, mold, hair ,broken fake nail wasn't even in there 10 minutes, front desk didn't care. Stay clear!!

This was honestly the worst hotels I have ever been in… There was literally bees everywhere in the room and when we were informed the night time manager he didn’t do anything nor give him us anything, instead his only advice was to leave the door open. The rooms are extremely tiny and the toilet didn’t even function properly. Avoid at all cost

Sharing a mixed and honest review. For a 2-3 star hotel i was rather impressed. I'll start with the pros:

- Staff extremely helpful, professional and kind. Defo give them a 5 star on the hospitality and service.
- Location is perfect.
- Public transport, high street shops etc easily accessible.
- Short walk to Ilford exchange
- Secure free parking
- Bed was not the best but was comfortable, clean and relaxing
- Room was rather clean and up to standard
- Breakfast was good and easy.
- Private bathroom which is a bonus for a low star hotel

Cons:

- Curtains were thin and allowed too much light in
- No A/C or fan (But night time was okay, Stayed during heat wave)
- Front of the hotel facing the road can get noisy in the morning. (not the hotels fault, cars and people working or going past).

One thing i would like to mention is a high recommendation for the night staff that checked us in on Thursday 11th Aug 2022. We informed the hotel that we would be travelling from Manchester and was going to be late. 3am we arrived safely with my wife pregnant and a 2 year old daughter. The man (whose name i forgot to take) checked us in, escorted me to the car park and realising that we were tired from travelling but needed milk for the baby, he saved me the hassle of going to find an open shop and provided some milk from the hotel instead. He also gave us a free upgrade from a double room to one with an extra bed in case we needed the space. Very generous and compassionate. Great hospitality and people skills. Thank you

I thought review is bad but for 1 night I can stay here but no there was no fan when we asked that guy to give one fan he told us no we don't have, Glass also they don't have, no soap shower gel shampoo nothing and room was very small window was broken as we didn't have fan we wanted to open window for fresh air to pass this hotel should closed they were unhelpful n I paid for 1 night n I called at reception I'll be lil late in 15 min I'll be there n he told me you have to come early or else we'll give this room to another's person which was rude if I already paid online then that room is reserved for me!! Never Coming back next time

No A/C, no fan offered, loud noises outside, neighbors slamming their doors all day up to 2 am at night. Cold water for shower suddenly turns hot and you cant take a shower. Avoid at all costs unless you want to sleep with airplugs and get soaked in sweat while sleeping!

I was there three years ago by my holiday camp. Hotel maids was really kind, exactly like the staff in dining room.

The breakfast was typical English - toasts, fried eggs, bacon, beans with tomato sauce and sausages. Sometimes they didn't have enough toasts so for me it was a kind problematic, 'cause I don't eat porky and beans is too heavy for first meal in my opinion.

The room was ok. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was strait, but I don't want to complain, 'cause it was like in some flats in cities and I'm used to big bathroom.

The location is also fine, I think - close to park and pubs/restaurants

Well located spacious enough, clean toilets and breakfast at a very good rate. You pay for what you get.
