Berkeley Court Hotel

This is the worst hotel I ever seen In my life. I have to wait about 1 and a half hour for the reception to arrive and the room to be cleaned. Funny thing is the room is not even cleaned. There are a family of some kind of bug flying around the room. I never thought there is a place like this in the city London.

Although I was shocked by this hotels appearance. The staff are pleasant. The hotel is in need of some renovations. You do have to remember that this is a 2-star hotel with 2-star facilities.
The location of this hotel is great. After a very short walk you're on Oxford Street, Marble Arch tube station or Hyde Park. Everything is a very short walk away with everything you could need in your local vicinity.

Hygiene does not make part of their vocabulary, everything was very dirty and smelly, far from feeling comfortable. The rooms and the hotel look nothing like the pictures. My friend did not shower there as we were so disgusted and found another solution to wash and clean ourselves. I‘m surprised this Hotel still exists. Utterly disgusting.

very Very poor hygiene offered here, the toilets smell and are dirty. Since the same reviews were given a few years ago already, likely no change will happen anytime soon. Shouldn't be called a hotel. Nice staff and location, otherwise unbelievable how much is charged for what you get in return.

Worst hotel I've ever been to!
Dirty, but really really really dirty. Dust everywhere, the walls are stained, birds feathers in the room...Noisy, awful bathrooms, no hot water...

The staff was really nice..that's the only good point.

AVOID at all costs! Shawshank was more inviting! Terrible customer service and rooms were smelly and too small. The third parties are horrible to book through because the terrible communication is even harder!

Terrible! Customer Service was bad, I tried calling and emailing requesting a later check in! The rooms were small and very old. I would never stay here again!

Small rooms,dirty, terrible customer service. It was a complete waste of money! Would never return
