I booked this hotel for Tuesday too Thursday, I arrived at the hotel at around 12:40 to get my keys to check in, I spoke to the ladie at the desk she said I will go get your key that took 10 minutes so I went back too the till and said what’s going on ? She turns round says non of the rooms have been cleaned your have to come back in at 3pm barring in mind iv come here to check in and already a extra 2-3 hours delay there didn’t want too give any Information when we asked basically just deal with that but that’s a waste of a few hours that we are pay for. There was so rude blunt when you asked them a question it was just nothing back. We went back too the hotel at 3:30pm to see if our room is ready I walk right to the reception I said is my room ready she just looked at me gave me my key that was it. We went too our room we couldn’t find it because she didn’t give us or tell us a number for this about 8-10 rooms we didn’t have a clue sent us on a wild goose chase , when we was looking around for our room another man was walking behind us too go his room he looked distressed that the fact he been made to wait 2-3 hours and come to his room with no fresh bed made so he went back down and complained so did we because she didn’t tell us where our room was. There is a gate for the first part then a door for the bottom of the building couldn’t shut or lock it my hotel room door lock was broken and bashed it hardly locked . The only door that worked was the gate that was out side basically no secureness in this place what so ever. In our hotel room it looked nice but when you looked you found what you didn’t wanna find there made us wait a extra 2 hours for our room to be cleaned the only thing there cleaned was the sheets the fridge was full of food from someone else , on the floor next too the beds was a a pair of girls socks I went too look in the ovens it was burnt with food in side I did buy a lot of food for the fridge for when we was here but someone has been living with food foil cakes coldslaw nothing has been cleaned since the last person has been there’s we went to check the bathroom I opened the bathroom cupboard first it was broken hanging off when you open it my finger got jammed inside there was men’s boxers stuffed behind the pipes in the cupboard, pubes on the sink , the shower was so hot we only realised how to change the shower setting the day we left , we wash our selfs in 39c hotness for 2 days , we went too go feel a water bottle up cause I was thirsty we filled it up it was disgusting it was not clear it was like dirty water we left the bottle in there so went the checked the room there see the water we got 2 towels when we arrived both dirt on so I went down and said can we change them so she said yes we get someone to come to you no one come to us so we went looking for the cleaners with towels we found him 15 mins later he seemed to be like the only person that would want to help you. There hotel seems okay but there no manners no proper cleaners for the rooms No information it was just not ready really I don’t think there cleaned any off the rooms ever I think there just change the sheets it’s wrong to make someone wait a extra 3 hours for the room to be cleaned and did no get cleaned !

It's NOT called Brunswick and Thorn it's called Sand Bay!
There is a gate for the first part then a door for the bottom of the building couldn’t shut or lock it my hotel room door lock was broken and bashed it hardly locked .
