Restaurant Staff very helpful and Breakfast good choice.
Rooms were far too hot with 1 small fan , needs Aircon to sleep comfortably.
Stayed 2 nights and asked for clean towels and few things run out in room,no one came near the room whole time!
Carpet stained and curtains don't fit windows, def needs updating.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Dreadful hotel with dreadful management, dreadful customer services and a £52 one night stay has cost me £700. The room itself was OK, clean and basic, but the management did not provide glasses (you had to ask for them for water) and on one of the hottest days of the year they provided one inadequate desk fan. The upper level parking is a joke. It's fine entering and parking in the (dingy) car park, but exiting is physically impossible in anything bigger than a SMART car. I got stuck and scraped my car door badly, causing £700 of damage. The reaction from the manager "Agnes" was to laugh and say "What do you want me to do about it?" I have never experienced such a dismissive, insulting attitude from a so-called manager in my life. I didn't think I needed to look up reviews for a Travelodge - I knew what i was getting - or so I thought. That was my mistake. It turns out that Travelodge has been aware of the car park exit problem for years; check the previous reviews for this place, but they have done nothing about it. No warning signs, no advice about the car park when booking - nothing. I contacted Travelodge Customer Services to complain and they fobbed me off saying they had conducted an "investigation" but were "unable" to compensate me for the damage their facilities had caused to my car. They would not give any details of this "investigation" and just repeated the word "unable." I pointed out that they were totally "able" to do it but they just offered a £25 e-voucher. They did not even mention the outrageous attitude of the manager. I am taking this further, but please please please do not give this awful company any of your money. There are so many other options if you need a fairly cheap bed for the night in SW London, you do not need to stay here and risk your vehicle. A company that treats its customers with this level of utter neglect and contempt deserves to go out of business.

It couldn't be in a better position. Right in the middle of Teddington high Street. Amongst the restaurants, cafés and shops.
Rooms were OK. No Air-con so the room did get hot.
We had a fan but didn't really help much and the windows only open a tiny bit.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the car park isn't free it cost £10 for 2 nights. Its not very big and quite narrow in places.
Clean hotel
Great views from the 4th floor.

Reception area cramped, same young guy checking in and running the bar.
Room very basic with no way to adjust the temperature. The 2nd floor room was above where the nando's delivery drivers wait and with the window open noisy.
Good parking , secure but no direct access to the hotel.

For Travelodge one of the better ones BUT the room was booked as parking was advertised, but the website neglected to mention not for vans.
Cue a half mile walk back to the hotel once I found somewhere. Not impressed.

Room was clean and tidy, but no soap left in the dispenser in the bathroom. Pleased I had hand sanitiser with me. The curtain was also off the rail, so unfortunately let some light in.

The staff here are fantastic! Honestly so helpful and friendly. The location is great for Teddington. Price was OK, little expensive for mid week though.

Only other issue is the parking. Very small enclosed car park, apparently there's an upper level but it's not advised for big cars as its very tight. I managed just about in the ground floor but it was a squeeze!

So much more expensive that most Travelodges but we were in London on rugby game day and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The lady that was front of house was immediately engaging, personable and helpful beyond belief. A genuine smile. The rooms were standard for Travelodge. Clean, tidy and quiet. We had a lovely stay and will definitely try there first if we are ever in London again (which we will be, at least, for the All Blacks - South Africa next year 😉)

Very convenient area for traveling into London with the train station being just 1 minute away. 1 simple train straight into Waterloo. The receptionist was very nice and the dinners are extremely affordable and still retain good quality. The only inconvenience is the rooms being unable to be twins. Overall good experience at a good price. Would recommend.
