Well, it was all going so well at first, they greeted us at the door helped with our case. They even assisted us, with our journey to Wembley stadium but, then it started to go pear shaped in a big way when.... The guy in reception asked us where we had parked, we told him someone told us to park in the chargeable parking bays due to others being for residents only & we would be fined!!! He told us, you can't park there & if we did it would be towed away!! So naturally, we moved it....big mistake, we went out to car in morning & there it was a parking ticket for parking in residents only bay it was for £130!!! Expensive parking to say the least!!!! When we went back into speak to reception guy who told us to move the car, he stayed quiet & said nothing at all & went as though it wasn't him when we spoke to but, let the lady deal with us!!!! They told us, we should have read the signs better!!! When we went outside, the reception guy come out for a break & he said he was so sorry but he didn't know what he was saying yesterday!!! Sorry don't pay, our fine & obviously we won't be going back & I will be telling everyone as well as writing this review on as many platforms as possible!! Not only this but, before we knew about the fine we was very abruptly woken to a very load long knock on our door at 9am!!! Asking, if we was checking out today!!! Check out, isn't until 11am!!! We then obviously, got up had a shower to go to the car & find our lovely fine waiting for us!!! Not happy with our stay at all & goes without saying we will never go back & will not recommend anyone else to stay either!! The actual hotel room, was very clean but when one person was in the bathroom you couldn't get pass, they had to come out for you to go in!!! When you had a shower, you had no choice but to dry yourself inside the bath due to how narrow the bathroom is!!! The electric sockets was a mare too, only one of them worked to charge our devices!!! I loved the LED trendy lamp, it would have been even better if it worked!!!! So overall, not a good experience & definitely wouldn't recommend anyone staying here!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel is located in a quiet area, in close proximity to 2 tube stations. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, Adam receptionist was lovely attentive polite and remembered the small details of our visit. Comfy beds . Only small thing is bathroom was small access around sink and bath very tight, if they remove bath and replace with shower it would fix that problem. Did not affect our staff thou.

We stayed at Pembridge on our holiday in London. The hotel and rooms are nice and clean. The reception staff was always welcoming and greeting their guest. It was refreshing returning to a neatly done up room after a tiring day site seeing London. Loved the biscuits left by housekeeping everyday. The hotel is in close proximity of restaurants, shopping and transport. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to London.

Well organized hotel, attentive staff and willing to help in whatever you need. Perfect cleaning. Rooms not very spacious, but they do their job. Available 02 Modern elevators to access the rooms. Excellent location, close to the park, markets and restaurants. I recommend.

Very nice hotel. Price is good, food is very good. Rooms were clean and very put together. We’ve got shampoos and bar soaps in the room, hairdryer and multiple towels. TV, radiator and kettle is in every room, so is coffee and tea. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 24/7 reception was on point and were very helpful with our late flight (delayed check-in was solved easily). Overall experience is very great. I would recommend it and would go back. 10/10 Thank you!

This is a very good hotel, especially for the price. I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is situated in a great area and it only takes about 15 minutes by train to Central London. The rooms are cozy and the staff is polite. Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in London.

You will see that the service is 5*. All the guys are very nice, always happy to see you and to take your luggages for you.
The hotel is beautiful, from the entrance to the rooms, and the temperature is ok even during the winter season.
We didn't try the breakfast but the mini fridge with free water and the tea set with biscuits is nice.
The duplex room is really great and not expensive, we'd never seen something similar before.
