Should have been better rated but let down by a dirty towel. No free parking unless you have a blue badge. Only 3 plug points in the room. One in use by the fan (which although it worked it still only moved warm air about. Breakfast was a farce. Only one person cooking and fetching stuff. By the time the scrambled eggs turned up I had nearly finished my breakfast. No American pancakes (supply issue apparently) all in all a let down. Esp the breakfast.

The room was reasonable considering the price, but did have a musty smell on entering. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. The location was great for the racecourse. Breakfast was great with the exception of the juice, which was some sort of diluted concoction by the taste. Disappointed that you have to pay for parking, this wasn't made clear when we booked it.

Very comfortable hotel and staff is very friendly.
Parking is paid but if you add your car registration into the tablet (its at the reception desk) then you are good to go. No need to pay.

Staff is very helpful.
Breakfast is nice and food options are good too.

Never again. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We had 2 rooms for family of 5.Horrible smell in rooms. Rooms are filthy. In desperate need of a deep clean. Uncomfortably hot in the rooms. Doors was slamming throughout the night. Breakfast was tasty. Did have to wait a bit for more to come out but wasn’t too bad. Was a lot of flies!!

Me and my partner have stayed here several times for work and we have never come across any problems. All members of staff were great, Dimitri in particular who was always very helpful if we needed anything. Every room we stayed in was clean and the shower pressure was always good.

It is a Travelodge at the end of the day but far superior to others in the area. Rooms are clean although Travelodge policy since covid is still to not make rooms up each day like before pandemic. Management has improved massively here though and Abbey and Gina in particular will do anything to ensure your stay is as good as it can be. I tend to stay here when working away despite there being other hotels closer.

Over, over, over...... priced.....

Staff at the reception not very interested to help, they just hiding at the back and chatting (yes, you can hear at the front...)
Rooms need some renovation and refurbishment but first of all they need some cleaning, they not hoovering the rooms, feel very dirty and unhygienic, there is a mould in the corners in shower, on my first day i had dirty mug and teaspoon then not been replaced on another day.
Very bad experience, it used to be cheapest hotel-chain probably because of this but the price went up 3-4 times but the "dirty" standard remained the same.
Definitely will not recommend this place and definitely will not stay there again.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my friend. I must say that it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and clean, it have a TV, kettle, mugs and everything you will need in a hotel room. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. Nice view as well. The unlimited breakfast selections are nice. It was a pleasant stay.
