Travelodge London Lewisham

It's a nice budget hotel especially if you book well ahead of your travel. I understand it's newly renovated. The breakfast was nice despite the fact that they didn't have a lot of variety. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and very neat. The staff that I interacted with were very pleasant, patient and always willing to help. The hotel could do better by allowing earlier check-in as I feel that checkin at 3pm is pretty late except you are willing to part with 10bucks (this appears to be a policy of the brand and not specific to the Lewisham centre).
Overall, I'd recommend a stay here if you ever need one.

Nice room, comfy bed, clean and adequate. Great, hardworking and helpful staff. I booked prepaid breakfasts and wish I hadn't. Very poor, little choice, no kippers or smoked fish, coffee dispenser not working, scrambled eggs only and overcooked. Much better food on the high street at same or less cost. I would stay here again, although I would not use the cafe again.

The hotel is very good and is in a great location. However we had a terrible experience the first night as the hotel was overbooked and even though we had a reservation, we didn’t have a room. They instead sent us over 40 minutes away and we had to pay for the cab fair out of pocket on the return trip. This heavily disrupted our plans as we booked this hotel near the location for a major family event. This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this and I’ve traveled internationally a lot.

The hotel is new but they need some help with customer service. My party needed a cab. When I went to the front desk to ask for assistance, the clerk said the phone was busy and gave me the number to call myself. When I told him that I did not have a phone he shrugged his shoulders and looked at me with no solution.

Our room was quiet and well placed in the hotel. It slept four but only had three bath towels, one hand towel and no bath mat.

If the price seems reasonable, you don't get any extras. Don't expect free wifi and if you want to check in early its extra. Most of the time, staff were trying to complete two or three jobs at a time and it was difficult to find anyone.

If you stay in Lewisham, go to the Premier Inn.

We booked a family room. Our stay was so comfortable - the comfy pillow, the mattress, the thick carpet and the water pressure is very strong, too. Location-wise, very close to Greenwich (just 10 min drive). The paid parking area is just behind the hotel building. There are a few shops opposite the hotel if your tummy is hungry in the late evening. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Thanks, Travelodge Levisham!

Just back from a week in Lewisham Travelodge, with my Son, great place to stay. Rooms are lovely and clean, breakfast great. Lewisham shopping centre in walking distance from the hotel, with a ray of stores.
Have to give a massive shout out to, Fellipe- the Assistant manager and his team Kelly and Anita, for the 100% customer service we received, 🌞 Which in turn made us book a further two nights. Keep up the good vibes guys, will definitely book again.👍🏾

Delighted there was air conditioning. It finished there. No member of staff entered our room from we arrived til we left. Bins not emptied, towels and bedding not changed. When I mentioned to staff at reception they gave me two clean towels. Later one of them came to the room with clean sheets, no pillow cases and left them with me. Had to change own bed in hotel. Disgraceful

I had just finished a 12 hour shift at the hospital and Kelly at reception made my check in very smooth and she was so caring . Customer service from staff is a 10/10. Rooms are spotless and bed is very comfortable. Easy to locate too with lots of shops in the area.
