Premier Inn London Chiswick hotel

the rooms have clearly been designed by a team of men. The shower is low on pressure, water starts out always hot and the shower head is undetachable so a clean wash is basically not possible. The bin is placed across the room away from the toilet so used hygiene products have to be held onto. The white walls had black dirt residue in all corners and the mirror was not properly attached to the wall. The room window looked to the inside of the hotel building instead of out which made natural light in the room non-existent. Reaching our room was only through 3 incredibly long hallways around the building, it really felt like walking through the backrooms for 5 minutes just in order to reach it.
The location is only close to a bus station and is right at a very busy street, so good luck reaching places from there without a car. Will not come again.

Only problem I had was the fact that the bed in my room fell on one side (accidental I suppose). But I noticed that the bed frame is made of woods that are quite fragile. I will recommend better beds frames be put in place if all the beds are like that. I made sure this was reported to the Chiswick management before I left.

Other than the bed experience I had which I'm sure is an unusual and rare incident, I think premier inn is not bad to do business with.

Now, here is something that really surprised me after I sent an email to primer inn explaining my experience/ my customer feedback which I filled;
Few days after my email/feedback, I got replies that my feedback/report have been reviewed and the management really apologised for what I experienced, and that I will get full refund of the hotel bill I paid within 15 working days. But I got refunded 4 days after this reply.
I actually asked for a part refund when I reported all that happened, so I was really surprised I was FULLY refunded.

This is really commendable of Premier Inn I must say. It shows that you guys are indeed very concerned about your customer satisfaction. Thumbs up to Premier Inn.👍👍👍👍

Not only that I will use premier inn again and again but can always recommend it to people.

I booked this hotel for my uncles family.
It was so clean and quiet.
The bed was so cozy and we had a great sleep. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The size of the rooms are great and a good location.
Overall I will definitely book to this hotel whenever my relatives come over as it’s in a great location and a nice 10 minute walk to Turnham Green tube station

Stayed here when I met Liam Payne. The staff were lovely! We arrived early so they let us keep our bags into a locker while we adventured the area and waited for our room to be available. Once available, we were given the key straight away and was able to very quickly allow ourselves to go straight up - the room was clean and well kept, the bed was comfortable and every appliance worked, which you don’t always get in hotels so we were incredibly thankful for. I would happily stay again here.

Fab hotel room (the air-con was just glorious with this heat!). Comfy bed with soft, good quality duvet, lovely shower with good pressure and gorgeously clean. We ordered room service and got a lovely hot meal to enjoy and the hotel is in a quiet and safe area. We will of course come back here again :)

After reading such positive reviews I was really looking forward to staying here. When we arrived there was no one on reception to check in and had to wait a little while, there we no other staff in sight either. We were then kept awake all night by a flashing billboard out the room window, even with the curtains shut it lit up the whole room so had disturbed sleep anyway, only to be woken up very early by drilling and ongoing work above. It was really loud to a point you couldn’t hear a tv over the sound. Plenty of other people were complaining at reception about being woken up so early by this drilling as we should have been made aware of it. I originally booked for 2 nights, but we ended up leaving after 1 night due to the lack of sleep and noise. We felt more comfortable going home to our own beds. The hotel in itself is pristinely clean, room was very nice and has everything you would need. A shame about this experience, I wouldn’t return here.

To say that Staff was great, is a huge understatement. For a 3 star hotel, the treatment we received was above a 5 star hotel! Their kindness and professionalism exceeded our expectations! We felt welcome right from the first step in reception! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Firstly when arriving to the hotel we arrived a hour before check in and they kindly let us check in early as the room was ready. Room was lovely and clean and heating was great during this winter weather. Receptionists we’re friendly and helpful. Definitely 5 stars for me. Lovely area too! Would stay again!
