Stayed just 1 night but was lovely! Clean room although a little tired. Food was great . Staff fantastic so helpful and lovely.
Took our dogs and super dog friendly they have an enclosed field which you can use so was perfect.
Definitely would recommend and will stay there again 100%.

Booked for an anniversary trip after getting married here 11 years ago. Unfortunately this also looks like the last time the room was cleaned. Cobwebs everywhere, hairs in the bath, skirting black with dust. Such a shame as staff are great, and the food was good, but a little pricey! Just needs some tlc and a deep clean.

We rarely book to go away for the weekend. 5 year wedding anniversary, so we thought we’d treat ourselves. The pictures of the rooms looked bright, lovely and inviting online so we came here. The reality is that the rooms are a big let down. We were firstly sent to a room which was not the size we paid for. We were moved into another room. The room itself is tired, dull and above the main entrance so the room smelt of smoke because of people smoking outside. If we could just go somewhere else, we would. For the money we paid, disappointed is an understatement. Definitely will not be staying here again.

The staff are nice.

An absolutely stunning Hotel within a beautiful little village surrounded by Countryside. This place has Hosted my Great Nans Wake which everything was very good but now they are also hosting my Wedding. The location is very beautiful with nice gardens, a Historic building with a very nice Bar and Restaurant. There is a big parking area onsite and wheelchair access entrances. The Hotel boasts a beautiful function room separate to the main building with its own Bar, kitchen, cloakroom and access to a small outdoor garden. All the staff are very friendly, positive and professional. A credit to the company. I haven't tried the menu food but have had a spread there which was very nice and had alot of verity for all food types. Again I haven't yet stayed there as my family home is the village over but from what I have heard, they're very clean and a pleasure to stay in (quote)

I look forward to our wedding here and gaining some more fond memories of a beautiful establishment with great staff.

Just got back from a 4-night stay at this hotel for a spiritual retreat. Our room was amazing, very clean, with a comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, with a lovely view into the garden area. The heating was a bit of an issue, but the staff was very quick at getting this sorted for me. The reception staff were very accommodating and very pleasant. The food was fantastic all weekend, we had stayed the Thursday night before the retreat started and had a lovely meal in the restaurant. There was a good choice of food all over the weekend. All the restaurant staff were very helpful. nothing was too much trouble. The Location was beautiful with a lovely church and a national trust right opposite the hotel.

Our event booked the whole hotel for the weekend and what a fabulous weekend it was. Everyone was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble and the food was nothing short of incredible. For me, I loved the fact that the relaxed atmosphere helped us feel so comfortable and the fact that the staff wore there own smart causal clothes added to that and it all felt like a stay with your family. Thank you very much indeed 🙏

Good little find, great value, super friendly and welcoming receptionist, a great room size. Exactly what we needed and would recommend. I only marked as 4 because the waiting on staff were all very friendly and helpful but could have more awareness and attention to detail, for example we were asking for cutlery and our wine was forgotten about, we were flagging down the bill, that type of thing, no effect on the experience though, just leaving honest and constructive feedback.

We loved our stay at the Charlecote Pheasant hotel with our furry friend, Axel. The hotel was very accommodating with us and our pooch, with it's very own puppy menu! It's in such a great location with it being only 10 minutes from Stratford Upon Avon's town centre. It was very clean and presentable in the rooms, restaurant and gardens. We loved our stay and will definitely be back! 🐾
