The room comfortable,clean and bathroom very nice.. however the highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfast and staff. The staff we came across during our stay were all so friendly, helpful and upbeat! Would recommend fully!

Stayed here for work for 5 nights and the hotel is clean and accommodating with a really nice breakfast selection, not the typical uncooked stringy bacon and raw eggs type - even had three types of breakfast sausage! I’m quite young and don’t normally write reviews unless if i’m really happy with the service. I genuinely think the customer service here is some of the best i’ve ever received - special mention to two of the evening staff (a young lady who was ginger with glasses and young man with glasses too and a small cheek/face tattoo), honestly deserve a raise..helped me out and were so lovely each and every day when i’d come back exhausted from 10 hour shifts. Thank you

It was close to everything and good size room. There was hair left in the shower and a stain on the bedsheets. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety to choose from.

The Ibis is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Northampton. The staff are friendly and helpful.
My train to Northampton was severely delayed and the hotel staff looked after my aunt who was waiting meeting me at the hotel lobby.
I really appreciate the staff for their efforts while I was running late.
My room was on the top floor with a nice view over the town and surrounding area.
I had a great stay and will always book into the Ibis when visiting Northampton.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

I work for International Recruitment for my Trust and doing so requires me to provide support for the International Nurses that come over. Yesterday, I accompanied 2 of our nurses to take their OSCE exams, and from the moment of checking in, service was exemplary!
The receptionist was kind and friendly, and she made us feel at ease - more importantly the girls! From the get go she was on it, giving them a pep talk and provided us with detailed instructions of our stay. She even made sure we had rooms next to each other, and that they were situated at a quiet part of the hotel. Absolutely lovely nights sleep from the girls and I!
The rooms allocated to us were spacious and kept very neat. Shower room was a large size and the bedrooms had all the basic neccessities we could need - kettle, hair dryer, desk fan.
Breakfast was served from 0630, and although the choices were limited, there was a fair selection of things to suit the palate of the diners. Overall still a good breakfast!
Absolutely lovely stay! Looking forward to seeing you guys again!
PS - Your receptionist was fab!

Basic rooms. Not cleaned to standard. Hotel is used by council to put accommodation for people. Don't accept cash. Can't offer invoices for payment. Don't honour late check out.
Better hotels in the area for the same price.

The room and facilities were fantastic, but the best thing about my stay was Vivian, the lady on reception. She was very welcoming and friendly plus, sje helped me with the lift and she put my necklace and earrings on for me as i couldnt. I'd come back just for her

You know what you get with an Ibis and this one is no different. Although nothing fancy the rooms are really fit for purpose, being clean and comfortable.
The location of this Ibis is perfect as conveniently sat between the town centre and the train station. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel itself is also located right next to the Sol Central building - housing a cinema and a restaurant.
If staying in Northampton you could pay a lot more and not get a better location or service.
