We stayed in a family room, which was clean and perfect for what we needed. The staff were extremely helpful giving information for food allergies when we arrived, in preparation for breakfast. Thank you. Breakfast was lovely, with friendly staff.

Brilliant. I just love Premier Inn as you know exactly what you get. Staff were friendly and efficient, room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Plenty of parking space too.

Really easy to find. There's a pub next door, plus a Burger King and a Sainshurys petrol station across the way.
It's a basic Premier Inn for easy access to Preston. We were attending an event 10 minutes away and this was a cheap option for somewhere to sleep.
The room was good, bed really comfortable, as they always are at Premier Inn. It was cold but the heater was quick to warm the room up.
Our lights weren't working in the morning for some reason, but after breakfast they were back on so we didn't report it.
The breakfast was okay. It was very busy but the staff were efficient and friendly.
The lady on the reception, when we checked in, was really lovely!

Used it as a stopover on route back from the Blackpool lights. For the two rooms It was over £100 cheaper than staying in Blackpool. Really glad we did. I found it to be clean, comfortable and the staff very professional. We had breakfast there and it was freshly cooked with great service. I'd recommend this premier Inn to anybody.

Just back home from an enjoyable 3 night stay at Premier Inn, Lostock Ln.Preston. My room was cosy comfortable (pillows are amazing) and very clean. All the staff were so naturally friendly and helpful and I give a special shout out to Kerry, Zara and lesley who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent and so much to choose from. The hotel itself could probably do with a bit of an update but it does have everything you could need. I have to give it a 5 star for the staff alone. I'll be back😁

Good hotel but a bit noisier than other Premier Inns. The corridor doers are not quiet close so bang each time they are closed. Check in school holidays as a solo traveller for work, you aren't next to a family room.

Nice premier Inn up to a good standard and in a good location staff very friendly there's a nice pub restaurant next door but not connected to the premier. Also there's a KFC and flameing grill near by. Nice big free car park only thing I wasn't happy with was the vending machine charging £2.80 for a bottle of water
