Staff were really lovely.
Having recently been to a prestige premier inn, my kids said how much better the room was here, how much room they had and how clean it was.
Will be booking again when visiting Alton Towers (45mins away)

The lady who checked us in on Tuesday night was absolutely lovely. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds and immaculately clean. Lots of amenities on site. Highly recommend.

A lovely family room, with additional pillows and towels. Reasonably clean, well appointed with TV, kettle & hairdryer as well as soap in the bathroom (bath with shower over). I'd suggest biscuits for weary travellers and something for children to drink as well as the tea and coffee for adults. Bedside lamps needed for all the beds not just the double.

Had a good experience staying at Days Inn with my family travelling to Stafford for Alton Towers. Customer services is no so bad either. Good prices, convenient location and good amenities.

We were given a twin room as double we had booked ‘had problems with it’ It turned out to be a room for disabled use so the basin was very low. The bathroom was superficially clean but there was black limes ale around the flush inlet in the toilet bowl and when I used the hand wash it fell off the wall fitting and the bracket was filthy.
My husbands bed was comfortable but the lamp didn’t work on that side. I could feel the springs on the bed I attempted to sleep in despite there being a mattress topper on it. At 6 am I went out to reception to request more milk for our morning tea but reception was unmanned.
When we came to use the shower the water was stone cold. So we left unwashed!
Again reception was unmanned when we left and we were in too much of a hurry to ring the bell and wait for someone to appear.
We were given a £10 meal voucher when we checked in to compensate for not having the double room we had booked, but no shower in the morning? Sorry but that’s just not good enough.

Very convenient hotel, stayed here for a trip to Alton Towers. Receptionist was nice and friendly. I took one star off because of the bad wifi and another star off because it looked like somebody had been drawing on the wall with a crayon. Convenient hotel if you have been on the road all day.

Really handy stopping off point if you are driving the length of the country and want to break your journey up. We stay here if we are going to alton towers as it saves the long journey home when you are done in from thrill rides all day. It is right next to the services aswell which has a 24hr McDonald's and WHSmiths as well as a Costa. Noodle place and a cafe which are open during the day. The rooms are clean the beds are comfortable, it is also very affordable. Have stayed a few times and will definitely stay again.

It was fine for what we needed which was a reasonably priced no frills twin room with disabled access for one night just to sleep in before heading off on the next part of our long drive. Being next to the food hall was handy for breakfast the next morning and free parking nearby.
