The inn was full so we were invited to stay in a cottage. It was excellent. Three bedrooms one of them a king size bed with large room. Very comfortable lounge area, good wifi, lovely breakfast. Recommend this Inn or cottage.

I spoke with them over the phone to explain I needed a room for my disabled dad. I explained I did not want his disability mentioned at all and that I didn't want them knowing I have told them he is disabled. On arrival my parents were left waiting for their room because apparently another similar name was booked the same day at a similar time. And then the receptionist says to my dad 'you're disabled but are you ok with stairs?' I am absolutely disgusted by the service provided and the lack of compassion. Regardless to not having known. No one should be belittled in a way of 'you're disabled'. I wanted my parents to have a nice relaxing stay and straight away was made to feel uncomfortable and 'different'. I emailed the hotel regarding the situation and was just given a generic 'sorry' email. Let's just hope you don't get any other 'disabled' customers that wish to feel 'normal' when checking into a hotel. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone due to the experience and embarrassment my parents had.

Definitely recommend this hotel! The staff couldn't be more helpful! The rooms were lovely, even if they were a bit old fashioned, but that just added to the charm. Breakfast was delicious and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again.

Me and my family were treated like members of the royal family. I suggest to book a Superior room, as it is very wide and unique. Neverless the standard rooms were also very nice and cozy. The breakfast was marvellous and also the pub they suggested was very close nice! You must go!

What a gem!!! I stayed two nights though not the cheapest B&B around but confident the best. Great service, food, room, bed and even a pool. Big thank you to Lisa & Carol for making me feel most welcome. I will be back next year.

We got married at the local church, and had all the rooms for our guests .Our room was gorgeous, huge bed and lovely views, breakfast was gorgeous and all the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Thanks very much
