Booked to host Bike the UK for MS Team on their journey from Lands End to John O'Groats. Staff very helpful, room used was excellent and buffet food great. Made the welcome for the cyclists easy and enjoyable.

Here for a birthday dinner, always good food and friendly staff, nothing is too much of a bother. Great for dinner, drinks or a venue and I speak from 40 years experience, having grown up in Dumbarton, back in the day it was the Cladhan, but for many years the Abbotsford....go on, go once and you'll go back

A very friendly hotel, every single member of staff we met had a smile and it felt very homely. Ideal for visiting Glasgow and also Loch lomond area. Bedrooms and bathrooms had been upgraded since my last visit. Great breakfast and meals in the bar on an evening nicely presented and good value. Plenty free parking. Very, very slight thing is bedroom walls not soundproof but really only a minor issue and not at all if other guests with TVs on are thoughtful! Would recommend.

Only went to the restaurant but it was a lovely place if slightly old fashioned but the food certainly wasn't. Everything was absolutely excellent and very good value too. Fantastic service doesn't hurt one bit either

Pop in every so often with the individuals I support, staff are very accommodating and nothing is ever too much hassle. Menu is great, a lot of variety. Loads of parking with plenty of spaces for blue badge holders.

Had a wonderful stay, staff were really friendly, Lesley you made me laugh and singing isn't bad either. A credit to the company. Reception were really helpful too.

Had lunch in the hotel's restaurant - absolutely amazing! Food was amazing; inviting and homely atmosphere; and the service was fantastic! Would definitely recommend!
