The Broadway Hotel

Nice centrally located hotel. A little aged and could do with some tlc on the room. A plug for the hand basin would have been nice. Good breakfast though and friendly staff.

Absolutely shocking. I contacted the hotel to book a room. I spoke to the man and explained I have a child with need and he said he could accommodate which was great. I then asked if they had parking to which he said no I would have to park at the local train station. I paused and said I just need to check with my husband but he rudely interjected and said im going to cancel your booking ok, ok. I said I just want to check with my husband before confirming. I rang back a minute later to confirm it was ok and the only thing he said i "I do not feel welcoming to you. Please find somewhere else". Disgusting customer service

I stayed here with my girlfriend and my border collie. The gentleman on the front desk was very friendly and cheerful and our room was nice and clean. The location is great as everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Good price too. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for an overnight golf trip to Llandudno. The hotel is fairly basic, you may have a bit of an issue parking nearby, but nothing major. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable and the staff were all really nice. The service at breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. Don’t be put off from booking

Stayed at the Broadway last night with all the family for the Christmas parade (14 of us) and I could not fault our stay our room was lovely, clean and spacious. The owner and staff are very accommodating, making us coffees and keeping our kids entertained by letting them help decorate the trees. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for having us stay and being so welcoming

Very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble we were accommodated like family. Room was clean and comfortable and had recently had some renovations. we had a lovely weekend , will be back!

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room an facilities good. Very nice breakfast. All in all good value for money.

Been twice now an both times service and rooms have been very nice this time however we had a issue with the toilet as it had a mascasrator flush which was very noisy and a very little television but still enjoyable
