It was a nice hotel, had a pleasant stay there. However, the reception did not mention the breakfast will end at 9:30 am, so there was no breakfast at 10:00 am. The kitchen staff were extremely accommodating and prepared a small breakfast at the end :)

Stayed as a couple to celebrate birthday. Fabulous massage and great staff. Excellent manager Ashley who was incredibly great at customer care - hence 4 stars. Dropped a star due to sadly a very bad night with very rowdy wedding party outside our bedroom window. Ashley assured us this issue for future guests was to be resolved with a better layout of facilities to ensure other guests but disturbed. Thank you Ashley for being a shining example of knowing how to treat customers with respect.

Sister in law booked us a spa treatment as a birthday present for myself. As "Spa virgins" we had no idea what to expect. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely lady in Reception who made us feel at ease straight away. We were given a choice of drinks while we filled out the info form, and taken on a tour of the facilities, which were clearly explained. Lockers, robes, towel and slippers are all provided...as are hair dryers and shower facilities for after your treatment. We started off in the outdoor jacuzzi, which made us feel as though we were on holiday abroad, helped by the fact we had blue skies and sunshine on an October afternoon. Really hard to tear ourselves away from there as it was bliss, but our therapists had arrived for our treatments. We were taken upstairs where we had a twin room, beautifully decorated and so relaxing, even before we began. Our treatments included a 20 minute back massage, complete with scrub and oils, and a 20 minute face massage, again with a gentle scrub and oils. Words cannot express how good my lady called Jade was....she has a definite gift, and magic hands. The massage on my back concentrated mainly on my shoulders and neck, as this is what I requested, though she did also do the rest. Totally unbelievable. My sister in law and I felt as though we had had a few drinks we were so relaxed... relaxed to the point we thought we would slide down the chair after!Everything was clearly explained and both ladies were very professional and respectful of our privacy. After the treatments we were taken to another area where we were given a drink and left to allow the beautiful feeling to continue. Cannot thank the ladies enough. Had been through a pretty tough few weeks, and for the hours I was there, it all melted away. Would highly recommend....and ask for Jade😊

Nice hotel. All you need to relax after a long day full of local hikes or discoveries. Have not used but need to be a good spa option. Restaurant food is good . The seaside is nearby. Large parking and good service as an option. Only one major minus, the TV remote was really dirty.

Overall really happy and would 100% stay here again. It is important to note how good the staff are. They were all friendly but more importantly they cared above and beyond - especially the reception staff. Everything was clean, nice food but the staff were truly exceptional. The elements that could be better are; - The breakfast. We missed it the first day as it does finish quite early. (The reception staff did recommend a fantastic place we went to) - The rooms are 'basic' but comfortable. Everything worked and clean and suitable but a little more updating would be nice. I really appreciated the water and drinks left in the room - thank you! - Lovely location but it would be nice if you had a recommendation list for restaurants that was quite hard to find.

Very nice first impression, Christmas decorations throughout the hotel was very nice. Room spacious, but the old fashioned bathroom wasn't to my liking. Bed was comfortable, but room lacking sound proofing as we could here other visitors using their facilities. I don't think I would be returning to this hotel

Very nice hotel and worth your money. Affordable price. I am also happy with their very friendly staff. The good service served here is also very satisfying. The food here is also delicious. The rooms for this hotel are comfortable and clean. For the best experience, you should all try their SPA.
