A fantastic independent hostel. Very clean, safe and comfortable. The beds, bedding and tea making facilities were great! Downstairs there are further facilities, a fridge, microwave, toaster and necessary items. The shower facilities are exceptional. Definetly going back ! A safe place and location for singles, a couple or family. Nice and quiet with the front door locked at 10pm You can still go in and out as needed but safely locking doors. The guy Jon who works there is friendly and accommodating. Nice place, nice vibe!

Very friendly staff and owners! They helped me to find the best way to get to Snowdonia National Park and recommended which mountain to hike! I felt very cared for during my stay and I vouch for them being the coolest place to stay in Llandudno!

I booked 2 rooms through Hostelworld, on arrival receptionist informed me that they are overbooked and unfortunately they can’t accommodate me, even tho I paid deposit to secure my booking. I’m still chasing third part to get my deposit back and for obvious reasons I do not recommend this hostel to anyone.

Had a fantastic stay here with a group and couldn't fault a thing! Really well hosted and every need accommodated for. Clean and up to date facilities. Really couldn't want more in a stay. A big thank you to our host for having us, and we'll be back one day soon!

Great service, great pricing and very welcoming hosts, extremely quite there during the day and night time, I believe the hosts of this family run hostel would appreciate guests keeping them informed of arrival times, due to the great operation of social distancing measures in place there.
The rooms themselves are very clean and decor is good, the windows on the other hand are kept open by folded prices of newspaper, but on that note the hostel is undergoing a renovation with scaffolding up around the building.
This does not detract from the appeal that lies within the building itself, with leaflets at the front of the entrance of local attractions and hardback books of Conwy and the surrounding area.
