Great hotel. The rooms seem small at first but it's the perfect size for 2 people. The furniture and style was very nice. The shower could have done with a better shower head as the pressure wasn't that good. A few of the sockets on the wall were missing a screw so they were slightly hanging out. Other than that everything was perfect. Less than 30 seconds to get to the beach. It's right outside the front door just cross the road and you're on the beach. I wish the hotel was cheaper but it's in a prime location and it's worth the price. I actually walked down past the bigger hotels and to be honest they looked shabby on the outside and overpopulated by old people on the inside. The central was a great choice and I'd be happy to go there again

Stayed here for 4 nights in August. Had a first floor sea view room and was very glad we had. Room (16) had a large bay window with two comfy chairs that offered fantastic views of the Llandudno seafront. We sat in them every evening watching the sun going down. Bliss…
The room itself was quite large with a desk and chair, a king size bed with cabinets either side, tea making facilities and a large en-suite with a bath and shower. Hotel and room were very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and hotel has a lift. We don’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on the food offering but the dining room is located in the basement floor. We did use the hotel bar and the prices were basically no dearer than the local pubs. There is a small free carpark at the rear of the hotel but the spaces are very small. We opted instead to park on the street at the front of the hotel at a cost of £5.30 per day which we found reasonable. Hotel also provides free Wi-Fi which was very fast and reliable. All in all we had a really good stay and would stay again. Would have given 5 stars but there were a couple of bits of decor that required tidying up that I’m sure the hotel team will get round to at some point. I’d be happy to recommend this hotel 😊

I seriously question the previous reviews being genuine, alot of companies or hotels in this case nowadays pay people to add false reviews and unfortunately there's no laws to stop this happening.

What they'll do is take a photo of the room after its been tidied just of a made up bed and send it on to the posters who get paid to do this ... search engine/social media optimisation 101. They omit all the issues with the rooms. They do this to get people into the rooms and rarely get repeat business because this is cheaper than actually fixing real issues, places like this just put plasters over things as a temporary fix.

Not a well kept hotel and definitely not worth the money. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The toilet hadn't been cleaned and stank quite badly which crept into the room. The shower was stuck on blazing hot so couldn't take a shower and the shower door was hanging by one screw, clearly a safety hazard for any guest.

The fan in the bathroom was clogged with dust and you could tell it hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. Mattress was very old and broken. Light switch was stuck on the entire time so the light was on and the fan running despite them having a sign up about saving electricity. Lift was broken so had to walk up 3 flights of stairs ... could keep going on about the issues.

The room numbers on the doors had pieces of paper to identify them that weren't even cut with scissors, just ripped pieces of paper 🤣

Clearly the owners do not fix anything until someone has been hurt or something completely breaks. Go somewhere else this place was horrible.

The room was tiny, lift out of order and the radiator wasn't working, the heating came on for .although the staff were great very accomadeing even though operating on skeleton staff.
The breakfast was disgusting, I had to send mine back due to swimming in grease to the point of making me vomit.
an hour if that although the water there was awful.

0 stars. It was absolutely VILE. we walked in through a dingy old dining area with all wallpaper hanging off the wall. We checked in and checked straight back out as there was tablet packets, old milkshake bottles, empty milk sachets all over the floor of our room. It was unsafe for out 2children. We have photographic evidence of this and they assured us a full refund and we then had to leave and fund another hotel. We are now 2 months later and still no refund and they are now refusing saying we only left becausew we wanted a 'city view'.
Llandudno is not a city.....why would we ask for a city view? The next step is taking them through the small claims court. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want a long battle on your hands.

My husband has mobility problems. The lift was out of order so we were given a ground floor room. The staff were very kind and accommodating but the room needs considerable updating. Nevertheless, we had a lovely stay. Thank you.

We did not take our rooms as the lift was out of action. In our party 2 of us have mobility issues and our room was in the attic. Other rooms were offered but several stairs were still needed to be climbed so we had to decline. Two of our party have stayed at this hotel before and found it very pleasant but sadly due to the lift situation we were not able to stay.
