Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel

Celebrated my daughters wedding here yesterday. It was absolutely amazing. Beautiful the crystal room was so pretty. Staff helpful & polite..lovely meal. The rooms were beautiful & comfortable. Spotless. It will be a day to remember 💓. I would highly recommend.

We got married here on the 4/08/22 and it was the most perfect and magical day. The service was phenomenal, we barely had to do anything all day it was all sorted for us. The food was fantastic everyone was saying how great it was. The rooms were comfy and decorated, however when my wife was staying at the pink cottage the night before, she and the bridesmaids discovered an ant infestation inside the table. However that was the only issue and I’m sure it is an easy fix for the hotel. With the reception it was amazing however, the Dj, didn’t play any requested songs, including those requested by ourselves (the bride and groom) as well as mostly playing the cheesy hits you would hear on holiday.

But overall an amazing experience and day and we would fully recommend anybody to have your wedding and reception with Cwrt Bleddyn as the service and venue is completely unmatched.

We would also like to extend a personal big thank you to Nicola and Adam who were amazing all day and evening and the morning after too.

I was here for a wedding which was beautiful and the staff were very accommodating. The rooms were inconsistent in quality. The room I was in specifically had very poor lighting, lit by 3 lamps only. Rooms were a bit dusty and worn. Asked staff for vegan milk and butter to which I was originally told there wasn't any, and no vegan sausages for breakfast. The following day I was asked if I was a vegan guest and given a full vegan breakfast including oat milk, vegan sausages, butter etc. The staff were otherwise extremely helpful throughout my stay. The pool/ gym area is very clean and a lovely place to be. The grounds of the hotel are also lovely!

Was nice for one night. We did not have the weather in our side was so cold in the room. We changed rooms to the main building. Room was lovely and warm so went to pool for a swim. Then went to have food. Disappointed by what we was served burger was cold and the pulled pork was Burned so bad I had to pull apart the burger. Was not happy and felt bad as we had complained about the room being cold. So we road it out. Breakfast was cracking service a bit to be desired. And again breakfast was cold by the time we was served individually when we finally sat down to eat breakfast was cold. Had to ask for hot water to top up the tea pot as even our drinks was cold. Not sure who or how but the nieghbours next door was drinking and shouting this was at 3 am
We dint know where they came from as we did not gear a thing till 1am sure it was staff who used it after work.

Either way we will not be back. Sorry this is not a bad review this is an honesty one

Stayed overnight. Reception area very inviting with all the Xmas decorations. Room was very shabby and poorly lit. Very large room, curtain hanging down and above the bed was the fire alarm and the light from it kept coming on every 10 seconds, couldn’t sleep properly!!!!
Meals were very good but until it has refurb won’t stay again.

Lovely hotel in a great setting. The staff were very helpful and professional. Please be aware when booking, although the pool and gym etc are open, there ARE NO SPA treatments available Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday until further notice...

Our waitress was lovely but was worked off her feet between our Dining room and the bar. Said at time of booking our afternoon tea that one of party did not like raisins and currents. They forgot. We pointed it out and they changed the food to a no nuts version but with current sand raisins. By the time they finally sorted this the rest of our was vertically finished. 3 of the had some beautiful sandwiches and cakes but this put a damper on our afternoon

Fantastic stay after a works Christmas do at the hotel. Staff worked hard. Food was lovely. Lost 2 stars because someone stole my property (a forgotten item) from my room after I checked out. I rang them as soon as a got home. So if anyone has my dress that was hanging on the bathroom door in room 6..shame on you! (Cleaners maybe?)
