Visited with my family. Fabulous location and close to the sea. Owner very friendly and even offered us a boat trip. Fab weekend, will certainly book again 😁

Wonderful spot close to Beautiful Morfa Nefyn Beach less than 5 mins walk to sand we had a great time there enjoyed the privacy of the large enclosed garden fresh strawberrys just by the front door for us to eat very nice touch super fast WIFI and no hidden extras host was very helpful what a great area and top top spot going to become a regular for us all 😎

Four of us stayed here for 4 nights in March. I'll keep this factual so you can make your own mind up. The owner was friendly and the area is beautiful. Visit the nearby Tycock Inn if you can. Now to the caravan. It is very old, which means there is little if any insulation. On a cold day, we struggled to keep warm, even with the gas fire, gas hob and oil filled radiators turned right up. When we were shown in, there were throws spread out on the floor. On lifting these, we discovered dirty, stained carpets. There are holes by the door frame, a badly stained bedroom ceiling from water damage and the living room ceiling is stained yellow with nicotine or else years of dirt and grime. The bedding and towels supplied smelled strongly of smoke and the caravan smelled of dog. There just isn't any excuse for not providing clean accommodation even if it's old!! If we had paid the advertised price we would have refused to stay. We won't be going back and wouldn't recommend you stay here, but it's up to you.

A very old cold static caravan. The bedding and towels smelled of cigarettes and the caravan was in need of a major revamp and a really good clean. Damp patches nicotine or grime stained ceilings. Carpets stained and smelly. The 1 star rating is for the location.

Owner Andy couldn't do enough for us. Would suggest taking a deposit though, we wanted to stay an extra night, but it was booked already. They failed to turn up, so we all missed out.

Old. Holes around the door. Unclean. Cold. Broken ornament. Stained carpets. Not a holiday home. Wouldn't stay in it again. However location close to beach. Owner was nice and friendly and asked of everything was OK but unless the caravan replaced there wasn't much he could do. He's aware it needs attention but finances will prevent that. I just don't feel it should be on Air b and b... not fare on people.

We had a fantastic experience here.. The caravan was so spacious and clean. Facilities for cooking and good WiFi speed. Large TV. Good place to spend holidays
