Had an amazing time here, the staff were lovely and very accommodating to out large group of 9. Beds really comfortable, bathroom showers were lovely. They were able to give great advise on what was on locally. Breakfast was delicious, as were our evening meals, bar was plentiful and good prices, looking to back again next year. Oh the local fudge that was in our rooms on arrival was to die for.

Friendly staff, room was clean and a decent size. Great location about a 10 minute drive to Tenby. Would definitely recommend.

I’ll start with the good part…room was clean. Now for the rest, shower lacks any type of water pressure, pool has a very green tinge and the whole area looks like it hasn’t been looked after for years. I booked this 4 years ago for an event that has been delayed due to Covid, it looks like the whole place hasn’t been cleaned since then. All the communal areas seemed tired and worn, smells of cat everywhere. If you’re unlucky enough to get the room above reception you can here everyone coming and going and also get the cigarette smoke from the owner smoking in front of the building. Also if they take bookings and then refuse to wait for the guest to arrive you will be woken by the -horn ringing constantly and knocking on the door. This hotel could be nice, it is currently not.

We stayed in the family suite (room 4), it was lovely and spacious with a big bathroom and plenty of space for the children. It was very clean to a high standard and looked like it had recently been redecorated.
The breakfast was lovely, vegetarian and vegans were very well catered for.
Dinner was delicious, very hearty portions at a very reasonable price.
The owners and staff were wonderful, very welcoming and happy to assist with anything, including providing Calpol for my son.

Amazing friendly staff that could not do enough for us. Perfect location and lovely hotel. Super clean and rooms where a good size. Will definitely book again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend. Also had breakfast which was great to. Thank you 😊

Friendliest staff you'll ever meet. Rooms were decently sized and very clean. Bar was great and it's a beautiful quiet location for exploring the area. Furniture in rooms is a little tired but not uncomfortable. Breakfast was good with a decent cooked breakfast and reasonable selection of cereals etc. Great place to stay.

It's ok for a night to get your head down, but not a place I'd come rushing to come back to, bathroom spent musty and the room wasn't particularly clean (I assume it had been covid sanitised, but I still saw lots of dust in places). Room was large though, if the decor was show its age.
Lots of free parking at front as photos suggest
Had a meal in evening, my burger was a bit meh, my partner's pork ribs were chewy and the sauce watery. For the price paid for the meal it was a disappointment. Breakfast was much better though, good cooked offering and enough toast and breads to keep you going.
Staff (owner and possibly wife?) Were friendly and helpful though which made the difference to the hotel

Absolutely ABYSMAL customer service! Stayed for one night and on leaving we were accused of taking drugs in our room and thrown out! When shown it was in fact MAKE UP! Horrendous rude people & very judgemental. Screaming at us in front of children and other guests. If I could give -10 stars I would. Worst hotel in Tenby! Accused us of leaving the room in a mess, when there was in fact just a few wet towels left.
The most unprofessional, unfriendly and rude people I’ve ever met. Worst experience in a hotel I’ve had.
The owner has also replied to another review from a different site and LIED about us and making out they didn’t know we were a party of 6 females when the bloke who checked us in knew all of our names as he allocated us to our rooms! Scruffiest place I’ve ever stayed in.
