Chap on the reception was pleasant enough. That is the only positive I have. The room was dirty and smelly, bath plug had a ball of hair in it! The rest of the building seemed to be in a similarly poor state. It was very noisy, making sleeping difficult. Glad to leave the place- needs some investment and a good clean.

Very cheap compared to everything else in the area! It's a 2 star hotel, you often get what you pay for but the room was fairly clean, tea coffee and a TV. Boxed breakfast was small but for £5.50 it's again no too bad! Don't expect the ritz, its a long way off that but a bed for a night or 2 it's OK!

No trouble recommending as it's exactly what it says on the tin!

Stayed overnight after travelling to the beach for a day out. Expected a basic room which it is. Positives - Bed sheets were clean, convenient location and friendly and helpful staff at the reception.
Negatives- I wish I’d looked more closely at the reviews before booking and not just the overall rating. Hotel and rooms weren’t very clean which made us feel uncomfortable. Needs updating and a deep clean as others have said.

Easy to use website for booking. Five minutes from Holyhead Port, with exceptionally friendly staff. The only niggle is the decor could do with a little TLC, but great value.

Just perfect for a weekend stay.. I may be biased about the location as I have lots of family near by. But very friendly service, and a clean, and comfortable room. 👌

As others have said you get what you pay for, however, mould in the kettle, mould around the shower head. Was put in a disabled room - and if thats how they are treating the disabled we should be worried! The bed was two small singles squished together with two single sets of bedding that didnt quite fit and so kept pinging off the mattress, the room was cold and it smelt damp. As others have mentioned it sounds liked there is only a piece of paper seperating you from the hallway so you hear every little movement in and out and the cleaners that obviously work there although argueably do very little cleaning. Overall wouldn't come back. 👌

It's a Travelodge. They're all the same. Bare minimum equipped rooms, soulless copy and paste decor. Awful WiFi you pay an ATM and a leg for.

THE BUILDING AND ROOMS ARE TO HOT!!!!!.
I was literally awake all night dripping in sweat, ridiculous!!.

In an age where heating costs more and fossil fails running out, that Travelodge would regulate this waste of energy.

My stay was to hot and uncomfortable, never again.
When I asked the staff they just laughed it off......
