Initially put in the annex block in a disabled access room. The sink and wardrobe was too low for me to use however this was not the main issue. The room had an internal door connected to another room, the people next door were quite loud and it was as if they were talking right next to me, secondly, and I do appreciate that it was school holidays there were kids running across the room for around an hour above me, the building is very old and has no noise suppression. After an hour of both the talking and the marathon taking place above me I went to reception and asked to be moved. In fairness the staff member was excellent, although the hotel was extremely busy she found me a room in the main building, this was vastly quieter and although a pain to have to move, it meant I had a decent night's sleep.

Stayed here at Bangor whilst touring Snowdonia & it had all of the amenities that I required. The staff in the hotel were obliging and the adjacent restaurant was very good with a varied menu. The Premier Inn hotel was a bit on the expensive side at over £400 for a 4night stay but choice in the area is limited.

Most overnight stays in hotels are rated on Staff, Comfort and Food. This hotel hits the mark on all three aspects. However, the staff must be the most helpful and are a credit to Premier Inn. The big question is "Would I go back" without doubt. Highly recommended and my wife and I will return.

Receptionist was absolutely fantastic in dealing with our issues with our accessible room. She went above and beyond to help us, she also took it upon herself to give us complimentary breakfasts and we also came back to a box of chocolates. She really is a credit! 26/10/22

8 mins drive to city centre, ate in at the restaurant, good breakfast, generous portions, slow service as it was Friday evening and is open to non guests.
Key card entry was temperamental and frustrating at times and they could have been more generous with tea and coffee within the room, which was spacious and comfortable, you didn't need a phd to operate the TV,or set the room temperature to where you wanted it,very clean.

Great family room and a good night's sleep as you'd expect. The attached restaurant seemed short staffed but the service we received was still very good, the food was excellent and it made a great stop for our short visit. My only complaint was the free WiFi which seemed determined to drop in and out whenever it felt like it, with mobile reception poor this made things more frustrating than they needed to be.

Usual Premier Inn, easy to find, free parking, welcoming staff, check in quick and easy. Room clean and tidy, family room beds all clean, bathroom clean. Nice size TV. Stayed 2 nights peaceful sleep.

Good budget hotel with great, friendly staff.
However the WiFi is a massive disappointment. The connection barely holds even on the paid service, and forget using it for things like Alexa or streaming. I tried to do some work and it was so slow it couldn't even send basic emails. This combined with the lack of mobile reception meant it wasn't really possible to connect to any internet or even message family
