Brown's Hotel

This hotel is excellent! Beautiful location, the rooms are amazing, the staff couldn't be more helpful and on top of that, the food was out of this world. The breakfast in the hotel was really filling and delicious and their restaurant was the perfect choice for dinner. You can tell that they care about using the best local produce.
We wished we had stayed a bit longer! Laugharne is a small but gorgeous village.

Fantastic stay!
The team there were brillint. Attention to detail and just how friendly and chatty everyone was - brilliant!  The friendliness and helpfulness of the people there made the stay - this is what makes a stay truly exceptional and priceless!
From the moment that we checked in we were loked after by everyone in the team.  Space to park the car, a lovely comfortable and quiet room.  Beers in the bar were great, as were the G&T's.  Dinner was truly exceptional - we were taken through the menu (my wife is dairy & gluten intolerant) and that meant that the chef could prepare the d/f and g/f equivalent of my meal.  Starter perfect and the Dexter beef Chateaubriand we shared was amazing - the side and chips were too!  The organic wine we had accompanied dinner perfectly,  Breakfast was great as well, plenty of choice and again my wife was more than catered for.  What made the whole stay was the people and the way that they made us feel.

A lovely hotel. Our room was spacious and well kitted out. We loved the interior design and the cotton bed linen. Staying here was relaxing and special. The food was fantastic, both breakfast and our evening meal. The service was excellent, the staff at Brown's were welcoming and extremely helpful. A delight!

Great place. Fantasy food, even on their pared down menu. Will definitely go back. Knocked one star off though as we were relying on an electric charging point for our car (as advertised) but neither were working/available.

Room, staff and hotel all very good however disability access rubbish. 12 concrete steps from carpark and then up again to reception. Yet more steps to my room. Higglety Pigglety ambience charming but not suitable to disabled. No mention on website. As I had a dog with me had to negotiate stairs every time for toilet functions. I did leave a telephone message querying suitability but no one came back to me

Only went in for coffee but a beautiful log fire and lovely friendly service , will definitely book a meal here
