Room was clean, but that is as far as it went for the good points. No toiletries in the bathroom, shower didn't work, toilet seat was wobbly. Twin room one very small single bed and one double. Double was falling apart and didn't look as if it would carry 2 people. Single mattress was very hard. 2 teabags and 2 sachets of coffee, no milk and no teaspoons. Fire doors were banging all night. Very limited plug sockets, and one which did not work. Definitly won't be going again.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Should be shut down, the place is disgusting 🤢 Place very unclean, clearly hadnt been cleaned in months *mould and damp on walls *never seen a duster- spiders and dust in cups *kettle needs throwing away or at least cleaned *opened wardrobe to hang clothes, full and clutter * other cupboard full of used blue roll and broken tv *tv didn’t work in bedroom *spiders webs everywhere * was told breakfast served between 8am- 9am, dining room full at 7:50 with people waiting for breakfast. Bread, toaster and tea coffee facilities available, water and squash available but jug looked like it had never been washed (black and dust on lid) Cook decided to turn up at 8:45 to open kitchen to cook breakfast, so we handed in our keys and left as we had a day out planned having no breakfast. Paid £90 for one night for me, my husband and our 2 tiny dogs. One of the worst experiences of our lives.

Ginger ale 2 years out of date and when told showed shock and left on shelf still. Food mediocre pub shabby and not very clean. Unfortunately only pub in village so if staying there you are stuck.

Great place to stay the night. Clean and really nice staff. Just no signal but then again where do you get signal around these parts!

It was clean but no soap in bathroom, shower base leaked, only a little toilet roll, no milk for tea and the waste bin had not been emptied from the last people. The radiator in the room did not work but did in the bathroom therefore a little damp. However the staff are very nice, the food is good and the bar is also very friendly.

The most friendliest pub ever.... wonderful lady behind the bar called dawn, helped us immensly when we broke down on the Berwyns.... fantastic kind and lovely, and all the staff were so kind..... thankyou

The staff are fantastic and the customers great despite the place being a dump! Whoever owns this place needs a kick up the backside as they are letting the local community down! They deserve a better pub!

Absolutely dire, a night in the cells would have been cleaner with better food, Room was covered in hairs shower broken, broken windows, no architrave round the door frames Empty beer bottles behind the bed, breakfast was.... well toast or toast with butter, and a few boxes of rice crispies and milk was in a pot of cold water no staff around, sleep in your car!!!
