Hotel well looked after and clean and tidy. Staff very helpful and Breakfast very good. Lounge and other rooms a little small. Accessing Tenby centre is difficult with lack of pavements, takes about 20 minutes. Age range during visit, older people so quite quiet. I would visit again Tenby was very nice. Great Welsh resort!!

Found this hotel by accident, but such a lovely surprise it was amazing.
The staff, room and food were excellent.
Had a treatment in the Spar, Jackie the therapist was amazing. Would highly recommend her.
Will be returning to the lovely hotel soon.

We were really looking forward to a rare night away without the children.
We paid a bit extra to stay in this hotel as we thought we could make the most of the "spa" facilities. Very disappointing, the pool was absolutely freezing as was the indoor jacuzzi, we were told it was out of control as the heating needed fixing, upon reading other reviews , I see this happens quite frequently. Not to let it spoil our stay we thought we would take advantage of the outdoor hottub which was heavily dosed on chemicals and also disgustingly heavily dosed on dead skin. Other peoples skin all in your hair etc is not quite the relaxing experience you imagine. Very poor. The beds had a dip in the middle which was annoying and whilst trying to watch a film the TV kept turning off. The room was OK nothing special and dated. The breakfast was probably the best thing about our stay, we went to the bar 5 times during our stay and on only one occasion was there anyone there to serve us. For what we paid , probably the worst value for money I have ever known. Upon complaining to the manager all we received was an apology. Not happy customers and definitely wouldn't return even for free.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Heywood Spa. The accommodation was just as you would expect from such a hotel, but for us the staff made our stay special.
Nothing was to much trouble and we were always greeted by a happy smile.
The food was of good quality with a varied menu.
We would have no hesitation in recommending family and friends.
Thank you once again and hope to see you next year.

We had treatments at the spa at Heywood - although the facilities are a little dated in places, and the sauna was out of order, the massages and facials we received were superb! Two really lovely people who looked after us, and can't say enough about how relaxing the treatments were. Would revisit for this package again!

My first ever trip to Tenby and this hotel was booked as a gift. Great location and we didn't mind the 15 minute walk into town. The staff are very friendly. We had one evening meal and it was great quality. Sadly I gave 4 stars because I was disappointed with the breakfast, we couldn't understand how scrambled eggs, toast and beans could be so tasteless. And also the pool area has to be booked allowing a max of 6 people in their at a time. The pool is very small and a tad cold as are the relaxation rooms there. No one seemed to be spending more than 30 minutes there. But anyway a fantastic hotel and I genuinely highly recommend it.

Probably the best mini break of my life. Everything was basically perfect. The rooms are stunning; large, welcoming, and comfortable, I was genuinely happy just chilling in the room. The beds are massive, mattress just the right firmness and pillows just the right softness. Bathroom is clean and inviting, although i could have benefitted from a shower curtain as the powerful shower drenched the floor despite my best efforts. Toiletries provided are luxury. The leisure facilities are fantastic: darkened indoor area and conservatory area with sunbeds, nice pool, jacuzzi, and excellent outdoor hot tub. The spa itself is actually very well priced, although only one treatment room so booking in advance is imperative. The restaurant is stunning - full review on the brasserie listing itself. Tenby town centre ~20mins walk, with pavement all the way but the first 25 yards outside hotel. Will definitely stay again.
