Very friendly - staff were very helpful - amazing service on the breakfast - they catered for us being vegetarians at no extra cost - clean rooms - rustic feel - it for the modern hotel lovers - ideal location near the beach - 2 minutes walk - also free parking - nice spacious - we were very well treated being a minority faith - a sikh wearing a turban I was made welcome and comfortable - it’s worth a stay - friendly price

Fabulous location, everyone who works there is lovely and friendly. Breakfast wonderful, views were stunning

It was not as described, owner was very unaccommodating. We requested a ground floor room weeks in advance due to fear of heights, but we were booked into an attic room on second floor instead.
When we ask to cancel, they charged us £80 to cancel although it was their fault and facilities they advertised does not exist in the rooms.

Lovely stay and Maria is so very nice, overlooks the sea, very comfortable and breakfasts are brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, great breakfast - rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for short visits to North Wales.

Stayed in room 4, 30th July to 1st August, cleanliness of room left a lot to be desired, long brown hairs in several places in room including wash hand basin, back of television hadn’t seen a duster for months, table lamp and luggage rack full of dust, skirting boards stained and full of dust, bathroom floor had not been cleaned nor had the cistern, soap dish or wash hand basin. Lovely front view of hotel but back entrance totally different, full of weeds and steep steps. Breakfast ok but not given chance to finish cereal before hot food served.

Maria and her sister were really welcoming nothing was to muvh trouble made you feel at home stayed in room 2 view fantastic breakfast was great hope to go back well done maria and sister both had time for you thank you
