Excellent room. Very spacious with tub chairs and a table plus two other soft seats and a coffee table.
Bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. Good water pressure. Beds comfortable with good bedding.

Not five stars as the place is a tad tired but just a bit. I would go again l.

It is centrally located so you will get street noise. Not a big concern for me.

Amazing hotel. The food was great, the rooms are fabulous and the restaurant is beautiful. The staff, especially our main source of information Andrew was absolutely amazing. Definitely the most friendly, helpful and courteous member of staff I've ever had. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

So the staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there were small inconsistencies between rooms, which we only noticed as we had 2 rooms. One had bath sheets but no hand towels, the reserve was true for the other room. Iron and board in 1 room but not the other, table in 1 room but not the other! There were relatively minor things, though there seems to be baked beans rationing as we only got a large spoonful of them with breakfast! LOL.

We were very surprised by how luxurious our rooms were, given the area outside of the hotel didn't look great but the area seems to be in the middle of a rejuvenation, I would be interested in going back in a few years to see how the area has developed. Breakfast was OK, there was only 1 person working in the restaurant and she was also on reception so service was slow.

So this is gonna be my honest review of the hotel. The staff were kind and accomodating, offered to move their car so we could have parking. However the hotel manager told us the wrong time for breakfast resulting in us missing the time for breakfast and having to pay for at a nearby cafe when we already paid at the hotel which was disappointing. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, though the pillow wasn't the best. Location: if you're younger and enjoy a party the location will be good for you as there are clubs around every corner, however this is an issue because they go until 3/4 in the morning and I found it difficult to get a good sleep. Wouldn't recommend if you aren't interested In a party.
The restaurant in the hotel was ok. Food was not the best and the staff service was very slow even though there were only 2 other tables. Can't imagine what it's like busy.

Great hotel, was very clean and stylish found in a good location nearby a few restaurants and the train station👍Rooms were great, they had everything you need. Breakfast was good too 🙂 Would love to visit again

We stayed here because of a function nearby the hotel is lovely room spacious and clean. Bed comfortable. A lovely boutique hotels however, nearby is a hotel fully occupied by less than favourable clientele a little disconcerting late at night and early morning nevertheless we will return to stay and eat in the adjoining restaurant thank you for a lovely stay

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast freshly cooked and tasty.
Very reasonable price paid for the night.
I would definitely stay in the Bluebell Hotel again.
