Received a warm welcome and check in was quick despite arriving late evening.

Our family room was clean and spacious. I was surprised how quiet it was which was conducive to a good night’s sleep. There is ample parking and several food options nearby; we even discovered a tasty ice cream shop a stones throw away.

Check out was equally quick and the lady on the desk waved us off with a big cheery smile. We would definitely use this Premier Inn when we’re in this area again.

Standard Premier Inn. You know what you are getting. The only thing that let it down was the room was grubby in places. Some of the surfaces had a layer of dust and the shower could have done with more cleaning. Had lunch in the restaurant with friends and it was pretty good for the price. Would still stay again, just needs to be a bit cleaner.

Not a bad hotel, split into 2 buildings. The beds did unfortunately feel a tad hard, but the food was amazing in the on site Brewers Fayre.

Rooms were either not aircon working or only had fans, we were given an extra fan which helped. Breakfast isn't the best unless you go at 7am, any later and things have started going hard.

Well Premier Inns in general are extremely good. I have stayed at many. The Swansea North was very clean but sadly it was disappointing in a few aspects. The heating was not working unfortunately on what was an extremely cold night and there was only one towel available when there were 2 in the room. We did report the faults however in the hope that it does not happen in the future. I am gutted that is have to complain about a Premier Inn.

Super room! Not huge but totally quiet, totally dark and comfortable. Good bed. However, the site and smell of the piles of discarded fag ends outside each building and the on-site Brewers Fayre, is enough to turn one's stomach. Gross!

A nice little Premier Inn clearly targeting business travellers. Breakfasts offered are actually done in the restaurant next done and we're tasty and the standard Premier Inn offering. The hotel rooms are actually split across two separate buildings, but I was in the main one so didn't have to walk far. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The rooms were standard for a Premier Inn, though mine did not actually have any plug sockets by the bedside, only a USB port to charge my phone from. The location of the hotel is good for business and food, as there are a wide variety of restaurants and takeaways in the industrial estate it is situated in, alongside a 24/7 ASDA.

However, I've deducted one star from location in my rating as it is reliant on driving, being near no rail stations, and the taxi firms available in the area were very unreliable.

Overall it was a solid hotel experience for business travel with lovely staff and I'd have no qualms staying there again.

Room is too hot, thermostat only goes down to 19 and there's a winter duvet and you can't open the windows. I just sweated all night and couldn't sleep. Other than that it's was pretty good
