After a very traumatic event earlier in the day, happily booked 3 family rooms with breakfast at this premier inn!! What a delight! It was clean and staff members very welcoming.

Breakfast was yummy, and we even had lunch as well.

The location is nice and not to far from the beach.

Would stay again, definitely recommend.

What a good stay. The staff (especially Kieran) were really so helpful & friendly even when under pressure from other customers. I would definitely use this hotel again just because of the staff alone but its also handy for Barry Island & lots of other interesting places. It has a brewery fare next to it where we had some lovely food & as a disabled customer the on site parking means I know I won't have too far to walk.

Nice hotel, with great staff and a nice pub next door (where breakfast is served).
Disappointing to see NO EV charging at all despite nearly 100 spaces and the room forced ventilation was noisy, quieter than the bathroom fan but this one couldn't be turned off! It also left you waking up in the night with a dry mouth. What wrong with a opening window?

A hotel that looks like it was built in the 90's. But when I came to the room, I was positively surpriced. Newly refurbished, plenty space, and the bed was very comfortable. Located just next to the waterside. Neighbour to the hotel is a restaurant / Bar. They have mixed couisine, and big portions. You will not go hungry from that place.

Had a really nice stay. There was a unfortunate incident that the staff handled so fantastically and could not have done more. Food in the attached brewers fare was really nice. My only very small grumble was that there was no openable window. But we will be back.

Staff in hotel and restaurant outstanding! Room - spotless and spacious for family of 3. Bus stop right outside made easy (and cheap - £8 return for family of 4) to Cardiff. Breakfast top drawer and even better that kids eat free. Cannot fault this place and highly recommend!

Double room with extra bed, nice and tidy just what you would expect.

Breakfasts have changed since my last visit, no self service on hot food you say what you want and it arrives no one comes to ask if you require anymore.
All tables full and only 10 croissants and choc o ban and pancakes so always running out. Also only one toasting machine the que was huge.

Nice enough but it was a bit disappointing to not have WiFi during our stay. The room was a decent size and the shower was good and the staff, like so many places in South Wales, were helpful, funny and generally lovely.
