Premier Inn Caernarfon hotel

Excellent, an outstanding place to stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing too much of a bother if you needed anything. The room was lovely, clean and of a very good size. The situation of the hotel is excellent, being right next to the harbour. The car park which you need to pay for was just across the road. We have been to many premier inns but this has been the best yet.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. On our first night we discovered that the window in our room wasn’t opening and asked the manager for help. On the next day we were moved to another room by Jenny and Jasmine. The room was really nice and they even left chocolate cookies for us as a compliment. They were both very helpful and Jenny also gave us some great recommendations about the local attractions.

Set near the harbour but behind another travel Inn, the views aren't great. That said the location is not bad, close to the town center. The rooms were clean and tidy and not cramped with the usual tea making kit, hair dryer and TV. No fridge but the air conditioning was very efficient and our drinks stayed cold anyway.
Staff were great and the Harbour bar where breakfast was served was very good. We really enjoyed our stay and the location of this Inn is ideal allowing you to visit many of the major attractions in the area without long car journeys. I would stay again without hesitation.

This has to be one of the best Premier inns there is . The service is Excellent Jenny and her team are amazing. We have stayed here twice so far and just about to stay a 3rd time. Plus the views of the harbour and the Castle are amazing. My Fiancee and I have stayed at a few Premier Inns and the service we get here is by far the best. 1st class

Typical Premier Inn standards - rooms really clean and comfortable, staff all very pleasant and friendly, breakfast great as always. Location was ideal - just a short walk to the castle and the centre of town, but also very quiet at night. Not quite as reasonable on price as Premier Inn used to be.

Excellent standard, as usual. One downside was very poor WiFi that kept dropping out. Meals at the pub/restaurant were exceptional, and the staff there were excellent too. Close to the castle, there was a fireworks event we could see from our table.

An excellent location next to the marina and close to the town centre. Car parks are to be found just across the road which is handy. The staff on our visit were outstanding. I couldn’t praise them enough. The breakfasts were served in the adjacent Harbour Table Table Restaurant and the staff there were outstanding too. Totally recommend this hotel for a visit.

We've stayed at a few Premier Inns in the past but this one was by far and away the best. We couldn't fault the reception staff for their friendliness and helpfulness. We arrived after 4 on Sunday and as our room wasn't ready, the lovely young lady on reception upgraded us to a bigger room. The staff at breakfast in Table Table were lovely and welcoming and the breakfast very good. Not massively impressed by the evening meal we had, it was OK but nothing special. The location of this hotel couldn't have been better, such a lovely view over the marina at breakfast and a short walk to all the sights of the town. Would highly recommend.
