Saracens Head Hotel

We had a wonderful time. Staff were so helpful and really pleasant too. Food was outstanding. Even gave my little wired haired dachshund cut up sausage for breakfast free of charge. Many thanks to Zoe for all her help getting us booked

in after The Royal Goat having to cancel our booking. Also to the lady who served our breakfast. Amazingly helpful calm and pleasant. We will definitely be returning. 👍

Nice area and nice looking pub . It’s a shame the staff and management are so unfriendly and make you feel very unwelcome if only stopping for a drink. They way they treat you makes you regret giving them your custom to be honest. Better portions available .

Is been one of the best mini break’s we had. Beautiful places and a lovely location.The hotel looks lovely inside with historic features, the room was very cozy with lovely panoramic views and the staff were very welcoming.The breakfast was delicious even the vegetarian one.The down point will be that they stopped serving dinner after 5pm and quite hard to find a local restaurant for dinner. Overall was a lovely mini holiday. Highly recommended!

We dined at the Saracens Head twice during our week in Beddgelert. Extremely friendly staff, made a fuss of our two dogs. Food was lovely and plentiful. Would definitely recommend this place.

Didn't feel welcome when we walked in, rude staff. Nice place that should be thriving. Think the lack of guests indoors and out compared to others says it all. On a plus note, the beer and food were good.

Great location but not well cared for. The staff were doing their best to keep things going while the management were in the middle of a marital split, so they were running short if drinks at the bar and most of the menu wasn't available.

emailed and rang several times with no response. Even Robinson's Brewery weren't interested...Shocking place

Booked for 27th Dec 2022. Arrived to find the hotel and pub closed. A local person confirmed the pub and hotel have been closed for several weeks. The owners have basically taken peoples money, shut down the hotel and pub and ran off with everyones payments.

Do not book. I drove 6 hours to get to Snowdonia, only to find out upon arrival that the place shut down and noone is there. The owners should have decency to let people know and not take in more bookings.
