Fantastic position, our balcony room overlooked the beach front . Probably the best possible position in Tenby. Free parking at rear of hotel and helpful staff made our stay so easy. Beautiful room (102) and great choice for breakfast. We have already re booked.

Lovely hotel. All staff polite , friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, clean and nice decor , the little touches of nescafe coffee/ welsh tea , sachets of shower gel in the rooms too( even though we took our own)
Great selection for breakfast, cook brekkie best in town!
Bed linen always clean and smelling fresh, we don't stay anywhere else in Tenby. Given 5 * for this break :)

The Hotel has a great location, a beautiful entrance hall and the dining area is very well set out. However the room i was assigned was without doubt the
filthiest hotel room i have ever seen in 40 years of holidaying. The floor was uneven and covered in a carpet that at best can be described as old and filthy.
The bed was a very old domestic grade lumpy mattress placed on a divan base of a different make and colour. Bed linen was of the poorest quality.
The television did not work, but we were entertained, through the wall, listening to the people in the next room talking about their holiday. The only
saving grace was the view, if you ignored the cracked glass in the window.

I did complain was offered an alternative room two floors up but as we were ravelling with 4 suitcases, we had just finished a 2.5 week holiday elsewhere,
and were too tired to move for the sake of 1 night of discomfort.

One point of interest was the manager neither tried too defend the state of the room nor apologise for its condition.

Hotel looks lovely from the outside & inside on entrance ....But the room we was given was not what it looked like online whilst booking, it was small and pokey with no decor to it, boiling hot all night and could hear every little noise coming from next doors bathrooms. Breakfast was OK but mostly very disappointed with our room that I'd booked as a birthday surprise 😒

It was a lovely room expect for the bathroom which was very small, unfortunately the room was freezing cold as there was working going on in the corridors and the rooms surrounding was under going work aswell. After asking for help with the heating the manager came up and told us if we were to have phoned they'd been able to put us in a different room. We were very disappointed and wouldn't want to come back again

A fantastic New Year's Eve dinner. Followed by excellent entertainment to bring in the New Year. This was our 4th time and already looking forward to the next one.
