Glendower Hotel

Very friendly staff and really nice cooked breakfast in the morning. Amazing atmosphere in the bar downstairs everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome

Clean rooms, good bathroom. Breakfast nice but a bit small and very early finishing at 8.45…! (We went to Popty Cafe in Fishguard the next morning which was lovely.) Staff were friendly, but the signs at the front saying “verbal abuse given” and “the last bastion of political incorrectness” didn’t give the warmest first impression, and the second impression was the smell of smoke which has seeped into the walls downstairs… Thankfully the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

This is a really friendly place. The whole team made us feel welcome. The bar is a cosy place to have a drink. Rooms were clean and tidy. The bathrooms have recently been refurbished. It’s a social hub for the area.

Good location and bus stops in front and another a block away. A bus pass is suggested.

We stayed here as we were attending a wedding and was the closest place. On arrival the pub was busy the landlord was very helpful our room was good and served all our needs tho a little dated. Breakfast was good and the lady that served us was great! The barman was a character too! We enjoyed our stay it’s in a lovely place which looked even better in the great weather we had . Would recommend 😁
