Atlantic Hotel

Fabulous location. The room was comfy and clean the staff were friendly polite and very happy.The breakfast was one of the best iv had and I noticed the chef keeping an eye out on numerous occasions to check if anything was needed. We didnt use the pool because we forgot our suitcase but i would definitely book again well worth the money!

This place has it all. Amazing service, incredible beds, outstanding breakfast and incredible leisure facilities. Every surface is cleaned thoroughly throughout the day and it is 2 minutes away from lower frog street (the "start" of town. The swimming pool/spa area is one of the best I've experienced. The slightly salinated pool water envigorates like no other. I won't go into too much detail about the rest of the amenities as I wouldn't want to spoil the surprise. The sea view rooms are amazing. Sleeping to the sound of an Atlantic breeze and crashing waves will never get old. This place is my new favourite thing about an already amazing little town. Can't wait to come back.

I was at reception this morning when a customer raised a criticism about it being too windy against the windows. She'd booked a SEA view room in a hotel called the ATLANTIC. That's like ordering a steak and complaining because it tastes like beef. The hotel staff of course were super professional and took it in their stride.

What a fabulous hotel with amazing views of Tenby’s South Beach. Rooms and hotel were very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel garden for drinks watching the sea, and private steps down to the beach were a boon. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Good variety of food for breakfast, hot and cold. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a bonus. Well worth a visit.

Great location. Excellent breakfast served by friendly knowledgeable staff, beautifully decorated hotel, with really nice spacious rooms with all facilities, spotless. Good bar and service, lots of local knowledge. . Alison and all on reception, helpful friendly and efficient. Beautiful garden area overlooking the bay. Great taxi service from Chris, excellent open top bus service Loved it and can't wait to go again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Left 2 chargers in the room and they point blank refused to check room or even call new occupants in room. “Not our policy.” After further calls and unanswered questions, they eventually said after 2 days there were no chargers found . Stolen by cleaners probably. So shifty and odd, they were purposefully unhelpful.

Unfortunately, due to no fault of the hotel, the leisure facilities normally provided are closed due to a technical breakdown in the pool area. So as engineers/repairers are on site making the necessary repairs to the pool, all the leisure facilities are unavailable for use for 'a few weeks' according to staff.

Everything was absolutely fabulous.. Reception staff were lovely and the bar staff Ruben and Tris were great and very helpful too,we loved the italianette garden and a credit to the hotel how beautiful it was but so peaceful to enjoy and chat to other residents.
The rooms (as we moved after 2 days to a smaller room) were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had so much choice were excellent and the staff with Robyn were so helpful and polite. We will definitely be returning to the Atlantic Hotel as we cannot fault a thing.
