Had a really nice stay in this lovely place. Everything we could wish for, great pool, jacuzzi, sauna. Lovely views, would highly recommend.

Just had a family weekend away here ,what a exceptional place to stay , everything you need from babies to adults ,plenty of space ,the children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and games room , I would definitely go again and recommend to friends .

Had the most amazing two week holiday. You don't even need to leave the house if you don't want to everything you need is there pool sauna hot tub games room huge garden and so many rooms you could get lost in. Big enough that no matter how many in the party you have loads of privacy. Owners really accomadating nothing a bother.

Great cottage, great outdoors, great amenities, great rooms. As pool, jacuzzi, games room and no neighbours for a 100 meters radius, which makes great for private parties. All in all, great.

The house is amazing with so many rooms and sleeping areas well separated. Lots of cots / travel cots for children, even a toddler bed. Well equipped kitchen with lots of pots and pans, plates and cutlery, even for the kids. Washer and tumble dryer means you can pack light. The pool is amazing and warm the kids loved it. The hot tub lovely with great views over the river. Paula is a great host and always on hand to clarify any points.

We had a wonderful fortnight here. The pool was always lovely and warm and the sauna was a treat. The outdoor hot tub was probably our favourite. We used it every day (really hot which is great if it's raining) and watched the tide ebb and flow and watched and heard the geese coming and going. There's loads of space inside and the annexe was ideal for our newly-weds. The only thing that wasn't working when we got there was the TV in the master bedroom but Paula replaced it the next day. Y Dorlan is one of the nicest places we've stayed - you'll love it!

The indoor swimming pool was nice, there was 11 of us & we had a nice time. Check in is from 5pm & check out is 9.30am a bit late & early, cleaning in parts could be better

I have 2 happy places in the world..... Stobo Castle and here, without a doubt. This is our 2nd visit, a 3rd visit will definitely be planned
