Great location - easy to find and not in the middle of a busy city centre - just off the main roads into Wrexham. Air Con very efficient which was essential as my visit was during a heatwave. Lovely clean, large and quiet room. Easy to park with plenty of space outside.

Located well within the city centre with the train station in walking distance. Literally across the road, there is also a soft play area within walking distance and local shops.

The staff were helpful and welcoming and the public areas were clean and well kept, with a table to stock up on tea, coffee etc.

The rooms are typical premier Inn rooms, spacious, clean and well organised. The beds are as comfortable as ever and the bathroom has facilities for a bath and a shower which is excellent. Nothing to complain about here, our stay was perfect from start to finish.

The only thing was the lift didn't seem to work but that wasn't overly an issue for us.

Difficult to find using only the satnav. You need to turn off the main road at the railway bridge. Signpost on one side of entrance road only. Written instructions fine. Restaurant is small so I suggest booking before arrival NOT when you arrive. That said the town centre is only a short walk away. Room exactly what you might expect from Premier Inn. Rooms air-conditioned so our visit on a hot summer night was comfortable. Large carpark with a pay machine in the hotel entrance. Staff helpful.

Rooms were great as expected. Nice and clean and comfy bed.
Staff were lovely. Greeted with a smile from a very nice young man.
Breakfast was delicious.
Evening meal was OK. Waited a long time for food which was average. No lemonade stocked in bar to have with gin. I hate tonic so had wine instead. Food a bit pricey.
Would stay again but eat elsewhere in the evening.

Lovely very helpful staff. As we had booked 2 separate nights, the key wouldn't work on our return so the staff came with us to ensure that the new key worked. A lovely spacious room (accessible) very clean, lovely view and quiet. Will be very happy to visit again. Close to the western lakes and the coast which has lovely beaches.

Nice clean spacious room with bath as you would expect from premier Inn. Went for breakfast weekend at 10.00, no clean cups or glasses, had to ask, and selection of continental breakfast had not been refilled. Staff around the restaurant made it feel like a problem to ask for clean cups etc

One of the best Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. The room is comfortable and spacious. The staff are really helpful too. I have a gluten intolerance and the care taken was second to none. I would certainly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again!!

I would have put less than 1 star if it were possible. I cancelled my reservation on the advice of the hotel reception on the understanding that i would be refunded. I followed the advice and made a new slightly modified reservation. One month later and i have still not been refunded despite several phone calls. I have never been treated so rudely as on the last call when i spoke to a completely disrespectful manager who had no interest in trying to resolve my problem. Premium inn is definitely struck off my list now.
