Hotel was great, most important thing for us was being able to have our dog with us , yes a pet friendly hotel. Only slight disappointment was in the leaflet in our room it stated. Lots of chargers at reception if your phone needs changing. Mine did, went to reception. No charger's. :-(. Other than that stay was very nice.

Guys... I didn't have a good experience overall... I actually wrote a bad review and then deleted it. And I also addressed my concerns to the general manager....
Hats off to mercure Hotel and Gabriella she listened to me and was genuinely apologetic towards my situation and my feelings towards my experience. I got a refund and I was advised to visit again for a better experience which I am looking forward for.

Have stayed here several times and always have no complaints. I travel for business and rooms are exactly what I need. Always clean and tidy with plenty of space,. The beds are comfy and even on the coldest days the rooms are warm.

Have stayed at the Mercure Swansea several times. Standards are always high - rooms - breakfast - friendliness of staff and dog friendly !! Plan to stay again in March.

The staff were so pleasant and helpful nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The rooms are clean and comfortable and because of my husband's mobility we were allocated a room with an accessible bathroom. The food, variety and quality was excellent and the New Year's eve party was brilliant

Christmas Party 1920s style held at The Mercure. Dinner very good, staff outstanding, they are diplomats as well as a v friendly and engaging with visitors and residents alike. Well done Mercure staff you are doing outstanding work in difficult circumstances. 👏

Oldie but goldie. I had a great stay at this hotel. Service was good. Room is spacious and has good pressure in the shower. Lovely view from the room. Cosy lounge area downstairs. TV is a bit small and no AC for summertime. I will be staying here again.

Amazing helpful Staff. Fantastic food and drinks . Room cosy and comfortable realy enjoyed my stay.
