The Llandudno Hotel

Lovely staff, very helpful. Only down side room noise insulation was rubbish as a snoring customer and the seagulls kept us up all night. Lush breakfast 😋. Dog friendly they gave us dog beds. Very accommodating.

My son stayed here. He said it was the best ever. Friendly people and nice things and they help you if you need something (he's 7)

Unclean and very disappointing. This was our second stay at this hotel, we had the exact same room as the last time. Unfortunately it has gone down hill. The room was filthy with the remnants of the past guests hair in the shower and actually inside the bed! The toilet had god knows how many urine splatters on the outside of the pan...GRIMM! We slept on top of the bed covers because it madenus feel ill. The room had 2 fans and they were both broken. The TV would not work... urgh! Breakfast was NOT included, thank god! we wouldn't have eaten it anyway. The location is perfect and it's a crying shame as the place could be so much more. The potential this property has is amazing, in the right hands and a bit of TLC this without a doubt would be one of the best hotels Llandudno has to offer. The staff were all lovely and helpful, but unfortunately the cleanliness and the outdated decor has let it down big time.

ACTUALLY LEFT HOTEL DROVE HOME. COULDN'T BE ARSED WITH HOLIDAY AFTER MY TERRIBLE FIRST experience..

Hopefully REFUND is in my MRS BANK.

Just returned from our stay, really enjoyed ourselves. Staff are lovely, rooms spotless great breakfast and good location. Would definitely stay again.

When we arrived on Friday evening the service was great Saturday morning we went down for breakfast to which we were told we hadn't paid for it so we had to show the invoice it got sorted quickly, service for breakfast was very good Saturday morning and there were 12 of us stopping there and the lady accommodated all of us that morning.
Sunday morning was completely different we arrived for breakfast the room was full people were waiting outside then I saw something I had never seen before while stopping away the chef came outside while on loudspeaker was moaning about the people stopping there and the staff this is completely unprofessional in my eyes.
breakfast itself wasn't that bad on Saturday and a good selection of items on the menu. The rooms were clean and very funky with padding on the walls but the beds were comfy and the view from our room was very nice the bathroom was very dated but clean. overall it could be a nice hotel especially with the location of the beach and town. a few other of party had a few issues one of them had a protruding screw in the headboard and another there shower didn't work .

Receptionist was lovely , room was dingy dirty and dated to say the least , very poor shower mattress was old and thin springs sticking out,I've stopped in many hotels over the years and this place is right on the top of the list of one to avoid.

Woman at the reception was so welcoming when we arrived, there are a range of cakes and drinks when you arrive which was a great touch. Room was clean and well presented. Breakfast was a buffet and very nice. Hotel was in a great location. Would stay again.
