Absolutely stunning hotel, staff and food! Would highly recommend. The food is outstanding. The staff are amazing. Huge thanks to Paul in the bar for making our stay so enjoyable. Michelle and your team have something very special here.

Worth every penny I f the experience.

Stopped in here for lunch and although all they were serving was a carvery roast (on the hottest day of the year!) Despite this, the food we were served was delicious. The roast beef was stunning, the vegetables were fresh and the service was excellent. The drink selection was lovely and there was something for everyone in our group (including vegans). I'd definitely recommend this place!

We love this venue. The staff are friendly and and tentative. The ambience is always great whether we're having small plates upstairs or a meal in the restaurant. The venue is very well presented throughout and most importantly - The food is always amazing!

We spent a wonderful time. The atmosphere is chilled and sophisticated! The beef burger was amazing, and my partner took the vegan burger and enjoyed it!
I recommend this restaurant for sure and next time we are passing by, we’ll stop there again definitely!

We ate here twice and on both occasions the food was fantastic and staff wonderful. Lunch on the deck was great but it was the evening dinner in the restaurant that really stood out. I had the cod wrapped in nori and my boyfriend had the fillet steak. My meal was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. A really wonderful mix of flavours, fantastically cooked. My boyfriend loved his steak too. The staff were incredibly friendly. A special shout out to Michelle who made us feel very welcome in the evening.

Excellent food and excellent service very busy with a good vibe and friendly atmosphere. Run professionally and smoothly, no hold ups or waiting around even though a busy night. Staff attentive at all times and very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Ate in the hotel restaurant Y Sellar. Food was very good.
A lot of fresh coriander, so those who have the 'soap gene' should be aware, but I thoroughly enjoyed the food even when the coriander wasn't avoidable.
Staff were VERY accommodating and allowed us to mix restaurant and bar menus (small plates are bar only) as a one off. All food and drinks came very promptly and perfectly prepared.

This is the first time we have eaten at the restaurant since the big renovation. The place looks stunning, the atmosphere is is great. Its so nice to see the place busy again, and with so many locals too.
Also, the place is just sparkling clean!
The staff have always been fab and no changes there!
The food... Wow! It's full of flavour, cooked to perfection, portion sizes are spot on (no overloaded plates or micro-portions here!) arrived in good time.
I'd advise you to book in advance though as we struggled to get a reservation at short notice.
Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely visit again!
