Premier Inn Ebbw Vale hotel

havent had a better stay then this one in years..the rooms are clean with Extra pillows..staff is amazing!! the breakfast was another story at brewers fayre the guy waiting on us Darrel was a gentlemen who was very welcoming and served us really well!! my kids loved every bit of our stay..i'm definitely coming here again..there is something in wales which always makes you feel loved and welcome!!

We have been coming to this hotel for the last 5 years, at least twice a year, and this will be the last time sadly. The staff are lovely, the location is ok, but the beds feel like they have been changed, and the pillows are so hard, definitely not a good nights sleep anymore. The restaurant attached, Brewsters, has really gone downhill. The tables are dirty with food on the floor, the food is not varied enough, and the most simple foods were out of stock. The staff don't seem happy, and when we went in for a drink they were too busy talking to each other even though they had seen us. We walked out in the end. We will not be back

Premier hotel, easy quick check in. Rooms are clean with air conditioning and window. Water pressure is good and hot. Comfortable beds with extra pillows if needed.
A restaurant opposite - Brewer's fayre, offers are available through hotel and some meals can take back to the room
If staying two nights tell reception if you would like your bed changed or want fresh towels or any added tea/coffee/ sugar
Friendly staff.
Plenty of parking

One of the best premier inns I have been to. Lucky for us we stayed in the new extension bit however I have heard the other half isn't the best. Make sure to ask for the nice room before you go

Staff here at the Ebbw Vale premier inn are absolutely amazing. I stayed at this facility for 11 weeks and the kindness and care they showed was next level. They truly go above and beyond for you and make you feel so welcome. Beds are comfy and very clean but it is the staff that make the stay better.
The breakfast at brewer fayre was lovely and service was great and staff again are very friendly and welcoming.

You know what you'll get with Premier Inn and this is no exception. Comfortable bed, air conditioning and a good shower.

Next door Brewers Fayre pub provides decent food as part of the meal deal including unlimited breakfast. Beer choice was somewhat limited though.

Bikes are allowed in your room which was important for my visit.

Have used this hotel on many occasions when visiting relatives that live locally.
The rooms are well equipped and nicely decorated. Staff are always a delight, a really good example of Welsh hospitality.
There is a pub/restaurant which is a walk across the car park. Breakfast is served here and in our experience of a good quality.
There is train station nearby, route to and from Cardiff, about an hour journey. Most people drive and although we are visiting family it would be a good base for touring South Wales.

Friendly and helpful staff. Strong powerful shower. Restaurant adjacent, not within the building, so a bit nippy going for breakfast on a blustery Dec morning!. But certainly not a deal breaker.
