4 of us went for Sunday carvery. Food was very nice. Would have given more stars but 1 lady did have a star anise in her mouth gentleman had some sort of stalks around 2 inches did tell waitress and she did say sorry. But couldn't say what they were. ALSO 1st waitress took our order but but didn't come back to us. 2 of us had water 1 had coffee I had larger and lime, when she took a sip there was no lime my hubby had to go to bar for them to put some in drink. Just a few pointers,i don't won't to come over as a moaning ninny, but I'm just being truthful and to give them their due it was heaving. We all had apple crumble and cinnamon custard, and we all said how nice it was

Had an Amazing night on New Year's eve. Good food and plenty of it. . Nothing was too much for them to help with special requests . . Service was fantastic . Really fantastic deal for £10 pp. . Hope they will be doing it again next year . Well done 👍

Absolutely stunning lodge. The staff are very friendly & welcoming, showed us to our room. The room was really good value for money, and you can use Netflix on the massive TV! Tea & coffee and biscuits were really nice touches. There is horses on site too which is a really nice touch.
The breakfast included was superb and nicely served.
My only issue was the the restaunt next door was very pricy for food but we could of gone somewhere else. & They could do with instructions for how to use the fire in your room. We would definitely stay here again.

Have been for Sunday Lunch on several occasions. Self service. Great selection of delicious roasts and the veg is amazing.
Love it and will continue to return. Booking is a must for Sundays.

We didn’t stay there, but we went to the restaurant on arrival we were told that they had no burgers or pizza. Despite this we decided to try other things on the menu but we had to wait nearly an hour for what can be best described as greasy spoon food ( which would have been nicer,)some of it was either over cooked or under cooked but we were still charged at full price.

Stayed two nights with “Martyn’s Gang”
On a Stag weekend,
Staff were brilliant, The Chef stayed on a little later to feed us when we returned late from the pubs in Carmarthen,.
More than enough for breakfast,
My Room was spotless and quite with tea coffee and biscuits, even bottled water
(to rehydrate in the night with )
Don’t stop the free water particularly on the beer festival weekend 👍
I would only book some were else in and around Dinas if
‘The Stables’ couldn’t Accommodate me.

We stopped here out of necessity really (kids where starving and it was the first place we seen) but what a treat it was! Lovely place with great service. The food was delicious, and the kids portions where massive!!

Food lovely, especially the Sweet Potato Roulade! Staff friendly & very helpful. Decor a little tired but understand fairly recently under new management.
