Ashford cleaners made an appointment to visit our home and set a time/price for the job but didn't show up, no phone call, no explanation, didn't respond to calls or get back to me in any way with explanation. Appalling, unprofessional behaviour, obviously I can't recommend in any way.

Would not recommend for a deep clean. After 2 visits I spent 2 hours yesterday getting rid of dust, cobwebs and cleaned the fireplace that hadn't been cleaned because it had 2 dining chairs in front of it. Pulled chairs forward . Very easy

Had a deep clean and ongoing clean from this company and couldn’t fault it. Jennifer does a great job and Monique did a fab job on the oven. Continuing to use their service. Lovely company.

An excellent cleaner, it is a pity that he is leaving but if his replacement cleans to the same high standard we could not wish for better.
