Really pleased with the service and results. We had a deep clean throughout ( - the photos don’t do it justice), including having the lounge carpet shampooed and oven cleaned. Everything looked immaculate after Konstantin and Mariana had finished. I had my reservations after seeing some negative reviews but our experience was excellent. They worked non-stop and couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging. Thank you!

AWFUL, DO NOT USE! Would give this company 0 stars if that was possible. I booked an end of tenancy deep clean and it was left dirty. When I called for a refund (this was an end of tenancy clean so we no longer had access to the property) they refused. Not a great experience overall.

They had staffing issues on the day of our clean and spent no more than an hour doing a full end of tenancy cleaning, costing us £257. We then had to call them back on their 7 day re-clean guarantee upon check out inspection as there were some things missed. Up to this point they have been very accommodating. On the day of re-clean they had the keys for 20 minutes which included a 5 minute drive there and 5 back so would have spent 10 minutes doing the re-clean. Unfortunately we could not attend as we had exited the lease. I have since been liaising with the landlord to see what will be deducted and have been advised they want the oven grill redoing. I sent the pictures over to another cleaning company who advised it could be easily cleaned for £50. Hello Services told me that they did clean but it would have caused them to scratch the surfaces if they scrubbed harder. I am not sure an hour in the property cleaning was enough to warrant that they tried hard enough to clean the oven grill. I went back to them today with all my findings and reasoning requesting just a £50 refund to cover what we are having to pay to have redone. I received an email back saying as per their terms and conditions it has now been too long and they "cannot accommodate your concerns"

We paid nearly £400 for a deep clean and the standards were appalling.

The guy turned up 35 minutes late. They left at 2 o'clock and returned 2 and a half hours later. In total they were there for 3 and a half hours - not very long for a deep clean and almost £100/hour!

The standard of the clean itself was awful, we've had to re-clean every surface and every appliance that was apparently 'Cleaned' and the windows have smear marks that weren't there before. All windowsills are dusty and there a cobwebs on most corners! This should be sorted with a spring clean, let alone a deep clean.

This was meant to be a deep clean of a house we just moved into. This was meant to make our new home ready to live in, however, we're now £400 out of pocket and with a house that STILL needed to be cleaned.

I've attached photos of 'finished' areas and that's just in the kitchen alone.

Please let me know how I can contact your complaints department and process a refund. I replied to your rating system the day of the clean, expecting a reply within 24 hrs but have still received nothing.

They cleaned my brothers barber shop. I was very impressed with the quality of the service. The entire shop now looks spotless.

Our landlord requested we get our Kitchen appliances professionally cleaned for when we move out. The cleaners arrived half an hour late and were done in half an hour. When I checked it out on the surface everything looked great, but when you looked deeper... it was appalling. The only things that were properly cleaned were the fridge/freezer and the oven extractor fan. When I provided photographic evidence that things weren't cleaned I began cleaning them myself whilst waiting for a reply. They came up with excuses such as; 'it was mostly mold' and 'they couldn't remove the dishwasher filter'. I was in the other room, had they asked I would have shown them how... it's a simple twist and lift.

When they got back to me they would only offer to come back and re-clean; which I was already half way through doing myself so this was worthless. When I requested a refund since they only did 25% of the job, they offered me £20-40 refund.

I told them to keep their money because honestly, I hope they feel happy about ripping off their clients with the promise of re-cleaning what they should have done in the first place. This wasn't a case of missing a few things... the washing machine wasn't touched, and neither was most of the dishwasher and the oven had marks left in-between the glass sheets of the door so I cleaned this up myself too. (The oven in-fact had already been cleaned so there wasn't much to do with it).

This was a horrendous experience and I will never be using this cleaning service again... I hope they can buy better cleaning supplies with my payment so this doesn't happen to anyone else who takes a chance on this service.

Thankfully I managed to get all of it up myself between my full-time work.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Took my money for a deep clean and then didn't clean half the items on the agreed list. When I called to complain I was accused of lying (despite providing photos). They then offered a £30 refund from £185 paid, when I declined this and said I wanted a full refund they then told me they have a zero refund policy and so couldn't give me any money back.

I booked a deep clean for my small 2 bed home after I had got behind on housework after an intense work project. There was an issue on start time but I was kept informed and reschedule worked ok. The quality of the cleaning was excellent and thorough and they cleaned areas I had struggled with. Overall I was delighted with the service which I felt was good value and efficient.
