My cleaner Mariola from Crystal Cleaning is just fantastic, she works extremely hard and she is very enthusiastic, punctual and courteous. Her cleaning standards are 10/10 and she has been the most trustworthy cleaner I've ever had. I can't recommend her enough.

They provide a great domestic cleaning service for all needs. I started with a spring clean, then went on to have a weekly clean, which has changed my life for the better!

Really impressed by Anna (the manager) and Anna (the cleaner) and their team. I booked on the recommendation from a friend. We had this clean done after builders had finished in our house. The booking process was smooth and efficient. The cleaning team arrived this morning on time, prepared to work and moved really quickly. They were very thorough and had a good eye for detail - particularly on the top of cupboards! I would highly recommend them - thanks again for the work today.

It was an empty house in need of redecoration. There were three ladies, I just left them to it and they did a great job.

The cleaner never turned up on time, it is unfortunately not cyrstal clean as named, the owner ignores the customer feedback.

I've been trying to arrange an end of tenancy clean for weeks, and have been surprised by the number of businesses which quote over inflated prices or fail to respond at all. Not so with Crystal Cleaning thankfully. martina has been prompt and professional throughout my dealings with her, and I was delighted with the clean, which was completed yesterday. The cleaners themselves were polite and friendly, and had clearly worked hard during their time in the property. The clean had been completed to a high standard, including the steam cleaning of a carpet, and they were upfront about any areas where they had struggled.
