Matcol cleaning and garden maintenance services

Dishonest man, kept changing and denying statement after negotiating with him. Paid him for garden clearing + plus rubbish collection. He has refused to collect the rubbish yet it was part of the package.Very inconsistent and lies a lot.
Update: Your apology is unwarranted, I called, texted you severally it will go unanswered. When you finally answered, I expressed my disappointment, I asked you for us to phase a way forward. Started fabricating lies and eventually hunged up on me. That's callous!

After writing this review and texting him stating I will push this issue further as I felt taken advantage of, he has refunded the amount I paid him.
I am glad to seek services elsewhere, where I am valued and there's transparency.
CONCLUSION: Do business with him at your own risk.

I called them and they were able to squeeze me in on short notice. Very punctual and the cleaning was very thorough. Cleaned within a good time and would definitely use this service again.

Very rude individual! I asked what the process was for an end of tenancy clean and he gave an abrupt answer "we clean everything". I asked him how many people would be doing the clean and what time he would start the job, he then replied "you don't need to worry" and then hung up on me. I called back and asked if he hung up on me and he replied "yes" and when I asked him why his ignorant reply was "it is my business you do not need to worry" and continued being rude on the phone.
No idea how he has good reviews but his customer service is the worse I have ever experienced.

They provided top quality gardening services and were very polite and professional. Would definitely use them again.

Colin and his team cleared and tidied my mother's garden which was very neglected. They did an excellent job, and were very patient and respectful.of my mother possessions in her shed. I have no hesitation recommending him but he is not the greatest at being punctual (hence 4 stars). Having said that, his work is satisfactory and competitively priced.

The matcol services does agreat and tremendous work, Collin the owner is so passionate about his work and I loved his work, entegrity, and royality I wasn't disappointed at all, will be recommending this company to my friends.
