Quality Cleaning London

This is honestly the worst cleaning company in the world, do not hire them you will sincerely regret it. I usually only leave reviews on Google to compliment good service, but my experience with this company was so utterly shambolic that I felt the world had to know. I initially hired an oven cleaner for 12 on Saturday. At 12.30 I give them a call asking where the cleaner is at which point they say they are running 2 hours late. Apparently they didn't think to call ahead to explain this, but I accepted their excuse about a flat tyre and agreed to wait for them at 2. I did stress they had to be there before 3 as I was going out in the afternoon, needless to say 3 came and went and when I called again at 3.30 they said they would still be another hour. I therefore rescheduled for Monday when my friend kindly agreed to stay at home to wait for them. They said we were a priority booking at 4pm, however I got a call at 2 explaining they would now be coming at 7, completely useless for me as there would be no one home. Made worse by the fact my friend stayed home for no reason. After another reschedule to Tuesday they finally turned up (only an hour late) and explained that one of the over trays was very dirty so they wouldn't be able to clean it. Are we serious? They're meant to be professional oven cleaners. The cleaner then complained she couldn't find a park, so went to look in the area, and that was the last we saw of her. After calling head office we discovered she'd given up and gone home, no one thought to tell us!! Needless to say I finally came to my senses and just cancelled, probably karma for being to lazy to clean my own oven, but these guys are a disgrace. You have been warned...

I have tried a few different cleaners for my apartment but the results were never as amazing as the ones this company provided last week. Although I called pretty late I was able to get a quote and the customer service was really on point and the staff of this company was very friendly and helpful. I was able to hire the house cleaning service despite the fact that I need a cleaner on the weekend.

The cleaning expert who came to my home was very punctual which proved the professionalism of this company's staff. The outcome of the house cleaning was amazing and I was able to enjoy a sparkling clean look for my entire apartment. Even though there was mildew on the grout of the tiles in my bathroom, the cleaner managed to deal even with this issue. This service was definitely on a very high level of excellence.

I am glad that I came across this company and their house cleaning service. Making time for a proper housekeeping has always been a problem for my busy schedule but thanks to the work of this wonderful cleaner I was able to enjoy the free time which is a perk I haven't experienced in a long time.

Despite the outstanding service, I was charged a very inexpensive fee. I definitely recommend the house cleaning service of this company to anyone. There is no doubt that I am hiring their help again and I am even considering becoming one of their regular clients.

My wife and I invested a lot of money to rebuild our house and change it completely. This is why we were eager to see the final result when we were informed that the construction workers were done with their work. However, we underestimated the mess which builders tend to leave behind. There was no way that we would have been able to do a proper after builders cleaning on our own.

Thankfully one of our friends recommended the after builders cleaning service of this company. We booked their help and the final result really surprised us. Our home was spick-and-span in a very short matter of time and we were able to enjoy its beauty and comfort. The cleaners who carried out the service used their own cleaning products and tools and this definitely made their work even more excellent.

We are very thankful to the staff of this company who were very punctual and polite and they didn't leave our property until they made sure that every corner of our house is sparkling clean. The after builders cleaning service of this company was definitely worth hiring and we will definitely use their help again when we do renovations.

Disgusting service - avoid this company like the plague. Two "cleaners" came for 1.5 hours only to deep clean my large 3-bedroom flat. When I came back after they had left, I could hardly tell that they had been. There was gravel in the hallway, spiders and webs on the windows, the inside of the white goods was exactly as I had left them, they hadn't even attempted to clean the windows outside which was part of the contract. The cleaning products they used in the bathroom actually tarnished and ruined the tap fixings and they knocked a new plug fitting off the wall when moving the bed, so their visit actually incurred extra costs for me. When I sent them photos to complain, they refused to accept that they were from my flat!

Please do not use this company at all. Extremely poor quality of work, over billed for work not delivered and then refuse to remedy the bad service provided
