When researching who to use for our house clearance, I could tell Bluebird was going to be the company we use. Every step has been wonderful. From the quality and detailed info on their website about a clearance, to my conversations with Kim in planning the dates, scope of work and costs to the actual clearance itself. It all went so well. Bluebird simply do business the right way, on someone's word. It's nice to experience great values and culture show up in a family business. I am delighted to highly recommend Bluebird.

We used the services of Bluebird Clearance to clear the house of our late mother. The service the team provided was exceptional. Dealing with the quotation and arranging the day for the clearance was handled very smoothly and efficiently by Kim. Jack and Laurence managed to clear the contents of the house (over 40 years of accumulated possessions) very efficiently on the day itself. But above all, they were kind, caring, considerate and respectful in the way they approached the job. It was inevitably a difficult and trying time for us, but their approach made the whole experience that much more bearable. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I would go further and say you shouldn’t use anyone else.

Reducing from a house to a flat and disposing of many good items we couldn’t find homes for was a trial but I was very pleased to see how Bluebird offered to help supply charity shops with some items if suitable and they did their best to make clearance a manageable and smooth operation. The quotation was faithfully adhered to, the men arrived promptly and kept in touch with us at a distance through the mobile on photos etc to make sure we were completely happy which we were. We were also touched that the firm gave a price for a valuable but bulky item we couldn’t find a home for. It could have simply been taken but Bluebird made a contribution for purchasing it. We were most pleased with their service; their website inspired confidence in the operation and we were very satisfied. Thank you!

I used Bluebird to clear my late parents house. This can be an emotional experience but the staff at Bluebird were extremely considerate and respectful of the property and the contents. There was no mention of "this is just rubbish" but rather "we can recycle this" or "we can donate this to the local hospice". I would highly recommend this company.

Following the death of our mother we were faced with the task of clearing the house that she had occupied for over 90 years so there was a great deal of 'stuff' to sort and dispose of. Kim visited, provided advice, guidance and an estimate. The clearance was carried out on the day as promised and the house completely cleared. We thought we had removed all important documents but the Bluebird staff found an old photograph and our father's 'dog tags'. The estimate was improved upon as Bluebird were able so sell some items. In summary, a very efficient, cost effective and caring service and one that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
