Absolutely the worst landlord and home Iv had! Infested with ants that they knew about this as previous tenant report it and didn’t think to mention it when I viewed this house! Wont do nothing and expect me to pay 300 every year to get rid… mould on windows and failed windows, they say mention DV and they will help but still haven’t secured my home by sending someone out to fix my door lock that was tampered with by kids knowing I’m high risk…holes in ceilings that are just covered with wallpaper. Dunno why I even pay rent! The house is a mess! The list is endless! And very unhelpful! Be careful renting off these lot! UPDATE I rang calico as told on comments and was told is my problem ha! Il take this all the way I should of been warned about this….photos is upstairs wall full of ants!

I was broken into on the 14th of December 2021. Over 6 months ago!! Still waiting for a new back door to be fitted (it has been left boarded up) after numerous phone calls and emails I’ve been told today (30th of June 2022)that the door has now been passed on from Burnley Windows & Doors to Ringstones and I now have to wait for them to contact me. To say I’m not happy with Calico is a huge understatement.

Absolutely disgusted with this company had numerous visits still nothing done then last week they promised will be sorted last Friday and they never turned up no message nothing this is ongoing for 2 yrs

I lost my partner last December and I was at a loss.. Memories in our home were too much to bare and the house was the pits but calico helped me and I'm now in a gorgeous property with a new start for my daughter and I. Love my new house. Calico acted with compassion and empathy to my loss and I can't thank them enough. Thank you calico staff 🙏

Pls note that calico staff are not good on their timekeeping as I attended an appointment and despite me telling them not to make any appointments on a Monday they said that was the only time they had and I explained that Mondays are my busiest day and I don't have time to wait around. It was half an hour later before they came to see me.

Had a very helpful joiner call to repair a door handle unfortunately he was unable to do the job but has ordered the part

Where have the huge amount of 1 star reviews gone? 5 star reviews with out explanations and 5 star reviews from brown nosing employees and brown nosing employees friends and family mean nothing, anybody with a brain can see through it and it shouldn't be allowed.
