Forest Road - Framework

Could be better, residents should be looked after better. Also residents encouraged to do activities.

This is a very poor place for homeless and vulnerable people, these people don't have the support or help that is required.

It's a homeless hostel and I am unfortunately here due to homelessness and it's not so bad they feed you as well top quality care like

Good place for help and advice and support helped me a lot and are so much better than any other homeless support I've had help with like peterborough

They took me in when I was homeless and was was there for me at any given hour until I moved on, I give this place a 9 out of 10 rating.

Very disappointed in the service that I got from Framework they have made myself and others endure hardship and I lost everything I owned directly because of the lack of support and care by some framework worker's I truly believe that framework made things harder for me and I was on the streets and lost everything I owned because of framework. London rd and Forest rd both need to be seriously looked at and the staff need to be re assesed for the job because I believe they did me harm and others. I truly believe that as framework are they are doing more harm than good for some of the homeless and the staff need to realise that they are hurting people and holding them back.
